Product failed advertise a lifetime warranty. Followed all guidance on there website and filled in form over two weeks now. No response and just met with silence.

Avoid

The wrong watch was sent. Company was unresponsive when I tried to reach out. Will never do businesses with then ever again.

We bought 2 of the chargers not even having them a week they stopped working

I did not recieve any notifications of the delivery and could later find out that the delivery was returned without my knowledge

I have never received anything from them ?
They don't ansver on mail or by phone ?
I never get my money back, so they are stealing from you ???

I ordered an item. According the mail I received from Gravgoods, the item is delivered and signed for it.
Although… the item has never delivered.
I send a mail to Gravgoods. The only thing I got in return was an automated answer. Next thing was through the website but I never get an answer.
I ordered more items at Gravgoods and they went perfect.
It was a Christmas gift for someone so I was double frustraties en dissapointed.

Ifølge track&trace låg min ordre og afventede i over 25 dage men Dao som var den danske logistik partner havde ikke noget nummer på min pakke, prøvede så at få fat i deres udlandske logistikpartner som så heller ikke er til at få fat i. trist da det jo var julegaver og bestilt ved black friday.
Håber en anmeldelse her vil vække dem op, så jeg kan få min bestilling eller pengene retur.

Do not trust! My items never came. No way to get someone to talk to. And trying to get a refund is a nightmare process. Thieves

Cheap. Plastic material, feels weird in your hand.

The product purchased does not meet my expectations in the slightest, and to date I have not received a response to my request for an immediate return.

It came defective. The jellyfish light did not come with clear stand I ordered with. Totally fell apart the second I hung it up. The light wa described as silent but when the tentacles moved, it makes a loud sound. Delivery was extremely longer than informed.

Horrible customer service. Wish I could review the product, but for some reason, it's still "in transit". Called the post office, they said on their end it shows it still hasn't left the facility. Emailed the company, they say it's in transit. Never buy from here.

Product didn’t arrive, no communicate from GravGoods. Repeated emails enquiring about my order ignored by company. Have started chargeback proceedings through credit card.

Shame as prior purchases have been good overall.

I want to return the band. I was sent the wrong color.

If I was aware the clock was based on a 24 hour time cycle, I would not have purchased the product.
