Navistar Van Lines was outstanding. They were skilled, arrived on time, and worked fast and efficiently. They are the best value for money in the GA Area.

SCAM!!!!! DO NOT USE! They are brokers that hired another broker (Fast-Link) that extorted money from us, never delivered my stuff and actually took my belongings to another state! I hired an attorney that confirmed they are not legitimate! Police said we have to file a civil suit, but Navistar has NO ASSETS! DO NOT USE.

We just moved from Texas to Florida
First it all started nicely with giving us the quote and then when the people came to pickup they quote us the different price intact from 4800 to 8750 which I paid because I dint had any choice but then when we got the delivery they tried to squeeze more money and plus we have to undo so many things which was already paid for and last but not least our TV screen is Brocken and we tried to get an insurance money they said we will pay only 40 dollars
So the punch line is lousiest service with lot of middle man’s and worst service experience
Please if anybody is moving please take my advice and use anybody but them

Never use this company to move your 83-year old mother. They will subcontract to a company that you will have no control or way to handle any issues that will come up. In my case, they subbed to a company with HUNDREDS of Better Business Bureau complaints for damaged goods and horrible treatment. The dispatcher, Alex became so angry when I simply asked clarifying questions that he began yelling obscenities at me and hung up on me without answering questions! When I followed up with Navistar customer service, they simply did not care nor was of ANY help whatsoever! Navistar sells a good story up front and Nicholas Demarco will sound believable to make the sale, but they will not live up to all of his promises. DO NOT TRUST this company with your move.

This company is a big bait and switch.
We did 3 video walk thrus so that we could get most accurate quote. They quote u and you think they quoted u the correct size truck but then show up and clearly its not.
Then claim protection behind a contract that u signed thinking it was the right size.
Dont even get me started on their customer service. More like they blame the customer for their bait and switch scam. I do not recommend this company.

Repeated lies, scams. READ their draconian one sided contract first. Avoid the multiple Chris’ that work there. They scammed me a Senior Citizen and Veteran. Very slick.

This company deserves a zero star rating. They have been everything but helpful. They lied about delivery service, don’t answer the phone, and are rude when they do. The delivery guy doesn’t even know details about where your stuff is going or how long it will take to get there. The Navistar Customer service is rude and unhelpful. I’ve read about several unhappy customers as well who didn’t even get there stuff. THEY ARE A SCAM. DO NOT USE THEM.

I have been speaking with one of your representatives and inquiring about you guys helping with our move. I have spoken with him already and today he sent me a text at a busy time. You can just read what was said. I was trying to read his text he sent this morning while unlocking my apartment and dealing with two kids and I accidentally sent hit a “haha” react because I have a iPhone. These accidents happen a lot but this is what your associate sent me immediately instead of approaching the matter in a better way.
I’m sorry your associate was rude and immature and I would not like to do business with you all.

Having to give them a 1 isn’t worthy! Nothing but fraudulent scam artists that take your money, lie repeatedly and make you promises they never follow through on starting with ghosting clients for days on end and giving you the run having their client chase answers as to why no truck ever shows up or person ever calls you back. Lost money, lost time, almost lost my mind over a cross country move that never took place. Reviews on yelp and a lawsuit I found today after I told them I was done and thought to just google lawsuits on Navistar Van Lines that say they are in it for millions against them for fraudulence! BEWARE!!

Use a reputable company. If you have been scammed by them as we were, please file a complaint with the National Consumer Complaint Database at the US Dept of Transportation.
In our case, it was also elder abuse, although scamming anyone at all is horrendous.
They do not inform you that they are only the booking company. Then, they do a "bait and switch." They quoted us a low cost based on a low number of cubic feet, then raised it when they called to confirm a few days before pickup.
When the foreman arrived with his crew to pick up our items, he loaded a portion of them, and then said we were going way over, and quoted $10,000 based on @ 13,000+ cubic feet of items. In order to continue, we felt compelled to sign.
However, when the items were delivered in a 23' Budget Rental truck (8' high x 8' wide), we noted that the same items (which the driver had me check off one-by-one) only came to under 10' in the truck (less than 8 x 8 x 10 = 640 cubic feet). We asked him to be our witness to the area (cubic feet) our shipment took up on the rental truck.
Therefore, the 13,000+ cubic feet/$10,000 is a gross overcharge, scam and elder abuse. When we call Customer Service and ask for a Supervisor (e.g., Ben Wyse), we are told he will call us back. That never happens. The Customer Service agents merely repeat the mantra, "The cubic feet is determined at pickup"--and in our case, that determination was nowhere close to reality. We believe the pick-up foreman pre-planned to force us to pay more.
In addition, multiple items were damaged and/or ruined. I watched a chairside table/magazine rack go tumbling down the apartment steps and out into the parking lot. It was blanket-wrapped, but that didn't prevent structural damage.
A legitimate business, if there were an honest error, would review the charges/cubic feet in reference to the actual cubic feet and refund the overage.

I would like to give ZERO stars. Irresponsible, fraudulent! They gave me a quote, I spoke to the seller more than 5 times, and they even guaranteed that they could take my car. I sent in addition to the inventory, a link to the house to see the size and estimate the quote. A company arrived here in a small Uhaul truck. scared! In short… From $9500 they changed to $31000. What's more: packing was included and they said here that can’t pack clothes, glasses, etc. Canceling at the last minute and I'm desperate. Good thing there is a law suite! my fight will be there! Oh! They don't answer my phone anymore and when they do, the woman says that if I want to talk to them, just by email!

THEY LIE RIGHT ON YOUR FACE. I BOOKED THROUGH DUSTIN. I ASKED HIM IF HE IS A MOVING COMPANY OR A CONTRACTOR. HE STRAIGHT OUT LIED TO MY FACE TELLING ME THAT THEY ARE A MOVING COMPANY AND THEY HAVE TRUCKS THAT FIT UPTO 6 BEDROOM. I PAID THEM 3600$ TO RESERVE THE MOVE. HE SAID THEY MOVE CARS TOO.

A GUY NAMED GEORGE FROM "EXPERT CAR SHIPPING" CALLED ME AND SAID HE WORKS WITH DUSTIN AND HE IS GOING TO SHIP MY CARS. I PAID GEORGE 600$ TO RESERVE THE CAR MOVE.

THEN A GUY NAMED JASON CALLED ME TO CHECK ON MY INVENTORY. I TOLD HIM WHAT ALL I HAD, HOW MANY BOXES. I REPEATEDLY ASKED HIM IF THEIR TRUCK WITH HOLD MY THINGS AND HE SAID YES THERE WILL BE PLENTY OF SPACE.

A DAY BEFORE THE MOVING DAY, I FIND OUT THAT THEY CONTRACTED OUT TO ANOTHER COMPANY. THEY BOUGHT A SMALL TRUCK WHICH WOULD FIT ONLY HALF OF MY STUFF AND I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER 10000$ TO GET A SECOND TRUCK!!

WHENEVER I TRIED TO CALL GEORGE FROM THE CAR SHIPPING, THEY PUT ME ON HOLD AND TELL ME THAT GEORGE IS ON THE PHONE WITH THE DRIVER. WHICH HAS BEEN ALWAYS THEIR ANSWER WHENEVER I TRIED TO CALL THEM FOR THE LAST 1 MONTH.

Outstanding experience with Noah and his team at Navistar Van Lines. We arranged a quote after a video inspection; his team arrived on time, masked, & ready to go. They provided packing material for our fragile items, wrapped everything exceptionally well, and provided the required disassembly and reassembly of more oversized items. Highly recommend using them!

STAY FAR AWAY! Do not recommend! Scammers! Rude customer service agents! Extra fees added! Disorganized! Positive reviews are not legit! I’d give negative stars if I could! Go elsewhere! Save yourself the headache!

DON’T go with this company!! These people are scammers! They’ll give you a quote making it seem like you’re getting a good deal then close to move in date, they’ll try to get more money from you, then refuse to give the money you already paid back because they “misquoted”. They refused to move my furniture and won’t give me my 2k back after I was told the quote given would move all my furniture! They claimed it wasn’t true and there’s nothing they can do so now I had to unpack everything I just packed because they refused to help. In the process of looking into a lawsuit to hopefully get back what I paid when after I was lied to. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

DISHONORABLE!! If I could give them 0 Stars I would! STAY AWAY!! They STOLE my money. I had INSISTED on refund wording being in my contract because the buyers of our home were possibly going to buy the furniture. They added the wording but when my move out date changed, they deleted that wording without telling me! I would have used them in the future but now I NEVER will!! SHAMEFUL behavior - saying to me "well, you signed the contract" - OF COURSE I DID!! Thinking the contract was the ORIGINAL ONE WE AGREED TO!! NOT the altered one - you have to read EVERYTHING they put in front of you but I would just say rather - STAY AWAY!!!
