The Customer Service was wonderful. My representative was very pleasant and professional walk me through guided me step-by-step answer all my questions.

NAV is an excellent resource for information about business credit, business organization, and monitoring. The Nav dashboard is the best I’ve seen in my experience in small business.

A bunch of scam artists that make you false promises and refuse to refund you. Here’s my advice which work for me show your bank screenshots of everything that they’ve done and all the reviews online and charge it back as scam your bank will automatically give you your money also to get one up on these guys start creating accounts under emails that aren’t your name pay for the service do it at least six times so adds up to a couple thousand and charge them all back as fraudulent after the month is over and you use their services. I suggest everyone to do this. I’ve already started telling people that have posted bad reviews about them not being able to get refunds and they’ve gone ahead and done it. I promise you it works every time just make sure you don’t use your actual name number or anything related to your bank.

I mean, I guess it helps build credit. It’s not like the best thing ever. It’s not the worst. It’s just in the middle.

The worst customer service experience yet.
Combative, argumentative customer service that does everything they can to stop talking to you. Was having an issue with plaid, meaning auto-repay was not working for the NAV card. This entirely breaks the card, and does not allow a new daily credit limit to appear. Instead of being helpful or friendly, the customer service argued with me that it was not their fault, and that I should reach out to plaid. I reach out to plaid and they tell me to reach out to NAV. Nothing gets done, your money gets stolen, you don't receive the service as advertised. Garbage.

Great company for small businesses trying to maintain and establish good credit history

Turned down for checking despite being in business 2 years with positive cash flow, turning a profit, never once going negative in either of the 2 business checking accounts I have. No judgements or tax leins. No business late payments. Was turned down for checking but you are not allowed to know why, they will never tell you and you are not allowed to reapply but only if/when they tell you. No answers as to when that is or why you were turned down. Read the one star reviews before paying them any money

It did exactly what was advertised. Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly. I was able to speak with someone and they walk you through what ever you need.

When you go to the website to get a Free Credit Score for your business and click on it on the Nav.com site. It says. "Page not found, Error." So basically it is a bait and switch. I wouldn't mind signing up for their service, but I want to see what I get. Tons of places on the internet advertise their "Free Business Credit Report." Shameful to say the least.

I had a fantastic experience with Nav.com. I needed to update some information to get my application approved, and they were able to process the updates within just a couple of hours. Their efficient service made the application process smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend Nav.com for their prompt and helpful assistance.

The service has several bugs, and the online support is ineffective. You need to call to resolve issues on their end. Additionally, the card product is not operational in California

Took me 3 days to FINALLY Speak to someone about a refund just to hear I cannot be refunded. It is wrong af to tell someone they are pre-approved but first have to pay for the Prime subscription. Then after the Prime subscription is paid "there are no funding options available." Great job getting your money.
