I have used Nav for a while to monitor my business scores. I signed up for their checking account and put money in there. My account was suddenly closed and labeled with "check issued". It's been over 2 months and I have not received anything. I also did not close my account and have been given no reason it was closed. There is no way to call only submit a form online, which I've done several times. I would not recommend using Nav for anything other than checking business scores, but there are other service providers that does that as well.

Being a new customer I was have some troubles with my account and didn't really understand how it all worked, nor how to understand business credit. After speaking with an amazing representative that took the time to explain it all to me, I know have an understanding on what I must do to build business credit.

I called in for a few accounting details, my concerns were address effectively and efficiently. I also want to rave about the customer service I received which was superb!

There is no being constructive for people who steal your money, ignore your complaints, ignore your requests to cancel, have no human element to assist you and refuse to give you your money back, all while doing absolutely nothing related to their business model or promises. This is a real life scam, and I already have my lawyers working on this.

I opened a commercial checking account with nav, and I was told that my account was closed around July 3rd, but the money in my company's account could not be withdrawn by ACH after the account was closed, and the business address of our company could not receive the checks sent to me, so I immediately called them and told them that they should send the checks to the correct address. I repeatedly told them that my company's business address could not receive the check sent to me, and the customer service was very responsible. When I thought there was no problem, the check would be sent to me after I communicated with them over the phone and provided the address. On July 24, I was informed by email that their cooperative bank refused to send me a check to this address. I don't understand why. I have communicated with them many times that the business address cannot receive mailed check letters, and I don't know how they communicate with their cooperative bank about these matters. I have always proposed two solutions, scheme 1 is to return the funds of our company through ACH, scheme 2 is to mail checks to the correct address I provided them, but so far these two solutions have been rejected by them. It's like the money can't be returned to me...
