Even though it was not the outcome I had hoped for; Anne assured me that no negative remarks would happen by downgrading my account. This is huge when you are building business credit and I appreciate the candor and professionalism thoughout the entire experiecne.

Throwing away 70$ a month and they somehow cant verify my identity... thus no card and no checking account for my business even though I already have square and Bluevine for it... plus they dont tell you that if you apply three times and they cant check your ID you are banned from it... hope it hasnt impacted my business credit

You can't get a straight answer for the most basic or general question. The most ridiculous thing I have ever dealt with.

This company cannot provide the services that they advertise. They not only fail to provide the paid for services, but then do nothing to correct the issue when pointed out. They are asking for an immense amount of trust from their customers, account numbers, ss numbers, banking info... but they will not support their customers when they or their partners fail to provide the contracted service and seem ineffectual at solving the issues once presented.

Every time I call Nav Prime, I receive outstanding customer service. The representatives are always polite, patient, and very informative — they take the time to clearly answer every question I have. I truly appreciate how knowledgeable and professional the team is. The wait time is always short, which makes the experience smooth and stress-free. Great customer support every single time!

Where do I even start smh after the rep explained everything and I was ready to pay he slid in and very fast stated that they couldn’t guarantee that I would get approved for the nav business account or card, so I said if you guys don’t pull credit how could I be denied? He then said we just have to disclose this but if you can be identified it won’t be any issues.

So I paid the fee without a worry because identifying myself should t be a problem right?

Well as soon as I paid and applied I got a denial stating they needed documents to prove my identity. I sent in 6 documents 6 different times because I kept being denied. I sent in bank letters, license, phone bill, a utility bill.. but it kept saying denied. After the 6th time I realized what they just did! Got me to pay the fee and then denied me.

I wrote into customer service thru the chat and they told me I would not get a refund because they clearly say it in the terms and conditions they won’t issue any refunds.

I told the agent I would be leaving a scathing review on trust pilot and just like that… my account was deleted, all messages were deleted, absolutely no trace of communication other than the charge for the service they took under fraudulent condition.

Shame on you! I will be contacted the BBB. Give me back my money you crooks!!

This company is very understanding and showed extreme professionalism. deals with customers on an individual basis, crafted to fit their needs. Customer service is number one, Miranda was very helpful, and most impressively she told me I would get a verification call that I got at the time she said I will get it. I am so happy with the full experience.
