Taylor was attentive and responsive while maintaining a positive disposition. Even went above and beyond to provide me with additional resources.

Great premise, horrid follow through. Wasted my time and money. After about 6 quarters, (January 2022 to May 2023) NAV was unable to assist in securing either a credit line or a business credit card. Amplified the issue by providing constant reminders of my failure by sending emails about my personal credit score.

The representative was amazing!
But the Nav system is a disaster!
Could you imagine paying $50 a month and every week I have to call bc my account fell off. They archive the account but still charge.
Last year the same thing.
Shop around.

Patience with your clients with handling the paperwork

Horrific. When I went to first sign up they asked for my company documents.I uploaded several different documents multiple times. Bottom line is they never got me a line of credit but charged me the entire time. I contacted customer service multiple times but you can never talk to anyone you just get an emailed response. I’m not sure how things were early on but now it seems like it’s all ai. I never used any of their services and they kept charging me. When I asked for a refund it was a stern No. Never have I ever encountered such a predatory company that lacks to do perform on the first step but charges you, and then does not refund you once the error has been explained. I’m seriously looking at starting a class action lawsuit against the company. Anyone else who experiences this please contact me. I don’t think it’s fair for company’s to take money without an equal share of value in return, or any value in this case. I need to set up a separate email for this and will be back to post it.
