What went wrong well just about all the things on everybodys complaints Why didnt i read trustpilet before i ordered it makes you fell stupid being scamed

Never buy anything from these con merchants. The sandals I ordered were shoddy to say the least. The picture they use must be copied from somewhere else as the, sandal I got looked nothing like it. Emails back and, forward again you can kiss good bye to a refund

Do not purchase anything from this company. It’s a complete con. Their products are very poor quality and are total crap. You stand no chance of getting your money back as it will cost you more to return them to. China than what you paid for your purchase.

How I wish that I’d read reviews before ordering from this Company.
Poor quality, wrong size and no customer service.
Everyone on Trust Pilot has had the same AI generated emails and have been offered the same discounts.
Return to China? I don’t think so. I’ll just have to put it down to experience.
The sooner NaturStep are folded the better for all.
Avoid like the plague.

Terrible quality shoes, terrible customer service.
After several emails requesting to return bad quality shoes, no offer of a return only a discount!
Then they provided an address to return to a Mr Hai, 902, Jidali Industrial Park, Shajing Street Baoan District, 518104, Guangdong Province, China (which does not exist!).

DO Not order form this business !!

This company is a scam.

They sell low-quality, poorly sized footwear, and the moment the products are delivered, you realise that.

The catch comes when you want to return them.

The first thing they do is offer you a discount and a voucher to encourage you to keep them, but they don't fit, so why would you keep them?

So you respond and say "Thanks, but I want a refund".

The next message explains the "returns process" which requires UK customers at our cost, to return the shoes to an address in mainland China, and they have to be sent tracked and insured which is completely unaffordable and will cost more that the crappy shoes they sent you in the first place .....

Seriously, give this bunch a miss.

I so wish I had read reviews before purchasing. They sent me the wrong size and colour. They refused to change unless I covered the cost even though it is their mistake. All communication was clearly AI generated and did not deal with anything I raised. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Wish I’d read Trustpilot reviews before purchasing Ladies Sandals from NATURSTEP. DO NOT BUY from this Chinese SCAM company? Shoddy goods, nothing like website photos. Cheap and nasty cannot return goods to England for refund - only China at great expense to yourself. Avoid at all costs.

They don’t deserve even 1 star
The sandals didn’t fit and were very poor quality so I contacted them to arrange a return
They sent me an address in China and to return them would have cost me £19.20
Absolutely disgraceful that they can get away with this!!!

I purchased a pair of sandals from Naturstep .co.uk thinking they were sent from the uk and that if they didn;t suit it would be easy to return them.It was advertised that they would fit a narrow or wide foot.When they arrived my first thought was that the quality was poor and although i don't have a wide foot they wouldn't close properly so the white velcro was vey much on show.When i asked to return them i was offered a discount of my next purchase to encourage me to keep them.I explained in an email that there was no point in keeping them as they didn't fit and were of no use to me.I then got an email to offer me 20% off them and a discount of my next purchase so i sent another email to say i did not want that as they were of no use to me I was then asked to send them back to china and make sure i sent them insured in case they got lost.I made the mistake of not reading Trustpilot reviews.I would not advise anyone to shop with Naturstep as what is on there adverts is nothing like what you will receive

I would give no stars if I could. DON’T buy from this company! I paid nearly £40 for a pair of ‘red’ sandals. After waiting weeks (during which time I’d already realised they were coming from China - even though they call themselves Naturstep UK) they finally arrived in a plastic bag, squashed flat and - wait for it - BRIGHT PINK, and I Never wear pink. They are PLASTIC, they are RUBBISH, and only fit for the bin. I complained and eventually I got a refund of just over £7! I am livid, and feel really stupid for having fallen for this scam. Never buy from a Facebook ad, unless you know the company (eg Must Have Ideas, who are genuine and great!)

This company is a scam.
The products are CHEAP CRAP.
The return policy (so called) is that you have to send the product back to China!
PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS CPOMPANY.

SCAM WARNING I ordered some sandals which were of the poorest quality with the strap too short to go round the ankle and I had ordered half a size bigger than I normally wear. They were a poor imitation of the photos shown on their website in cheap plastic. Although they advertise free return you have to pay the postage costs and insurance to a Mr Hai, Room 902, Jidali Industrial Park, Shajing Street Baoan District, 518104, Guangdong Province, China. I advise anyone to AVOID like the plague. They use diferent names for their websites but it is the same people. I will contact Trading Standards but as they are not a British company there is not much they can do. If you put a negative comment on FB it gets deleted immediately.

My experience is similar to so many others. The shoes that arrived were extremely cheaply produced. I ordered a Size 7, they sent Size 5. I could return them but only to China, whereas they had been sent from Twickenham. I was advised to insure the shoes when returning them to China, and I had to pay the postage. They offered me strange compensation as an alternative to returning the shoes: discount on the next pair I ordered.

Dreadful product, wrong size sent, no way to return for exchange which wouldn’t be wanted anyway as cheap and flimsy in construction and appearance, Avoid at all costs !

Very poor product. Thin sole and not worth a penny. Do not fall for this scam

Give this scam company a wide birth!!
I ordered shoes. They came. They were rubbish. They will just give you the run around and not take them back.

The sandals I bought were nothing like the picture portraying them. They are flimsy, cheap, shoddy...I can't belieive I was scammed to pay so much for a few pounds' worth of tat. Asked about the no quibble refund. Might have guessed. Expensive trouble. Was offered 20% discount. Warning to potential customers: don't fall for it!

With an average customer satisfaction rating of 1.2 out of 5, you should avoid this company like the plague. I purchased lightweight walking shoes and their so called wonder insoles, wore them once in The Lakes, on a gentle walk and ended crippled for the remainder of the holiday, Ignore the company's amazing claims, the 50% discounts on offer promised support, it is a scam. I am in my 80's and feel extremely let down by Naturstep and embarrassed by my own stupidity.

They sent shoes two sizes smaller than I ordered. The order is clear, I sent them a picture of the shoes they sent showing that they are the wrong size. They said my only option is to pay shipment to return the shoes to China. PayPal rejected my claim for a refund or replacement on the grounds that I did not supply proof of shipment. This is an absolutely appalling company. They appear to be based in Germany but probably aren’t. “Emma from Naturstep” is still barraging me with emails trying to get me to buy things. They should be closed down but won’t be. Shoes will go to charity shop.
