Update to my review:
The day after my review was posted on trustpilot, I received an email from naturstep this morning asking for proof of tracked postage. I sent a photo of my receipt and this afternoon my £69.90 was refunded. I am very pleased with this outcome after waiting so long and getting nowhere. End of update.

I would give no stars to this company if I could. I sent back 2 shoddily made pairs of sandals to China on 30 May 2025 at a cost to me of £23.50. One of the pairs was 3 sizes smaller than I ordered. I have been seeking a refund of £69.90 since that date with no response from them except an acknowledgment that they have received my emails. Like others who have reviewed this company, I feel I was duped into ordering from them as their website is called naturstep.co.uk. I have lost nearly £100 overall and I’m unhappy that there seems to be no way to stop them duping more people into buying their shoddy products.

I cancelled my order 5 minutes after I ordered but they said the order had automatically been processed and couldn’t be stopped. I got the sandals that genuinely looked like a toddler had made. I got the return address and paid £20 to send them back. Decided that I rather give money to Royal Mail then to them. After chasing them for the refund quite a few times I got the £35,91 today. Take away the postage I basically only got £15.91 but I just wanted to make sure they had to pay.

Bought early June. Initially comfortable and fitted. Helped my back. Although worn only about half a dozen times for short periods on flat even surfaces, today I noticed that both soles had cracked badly in different places. When I contacted the company they said as outwith the 14 day period they couldn't exchange or refund
Company needs to stop trading. People need to read reviews before buying.

If i could give a 0 i would! Sandals were too big and badly made. Asked to return to China ( so much for them being uk)
It cost £ 20 to return and still no refund after 6 weeks. Repeatedly been told 2/3 weeks in many emails and to have patience!! Think mine ran out weeks ago! Stay away from this site!

Dreadful company. Ordered size 5.5 uk but got 36 delivered which is size3. Got second pair delivered and same thing happened. 2 pairs size 3. They won't pay for returns and insist on insurance yet their mistake. Rubbish service.

I would not give any stars at all were it possible, however I have no choice but to give it one star.

I ordered two pairs of sandals, different styles, same size. I received one pair of sandals: completely different style, correct size, and the other pair: correct style, wrong size (too small). When I pointed out that the error was theirs; and I refused a 20% discount if I kept the faulty goods (which were of no use to me whatsoever!); then spent a considerable time corresponding with them and going around in circles, later insisting on a refund, I was then instructed to insure them, and return them – all at my own expense! – to an address in China! After repeatedly insisting on them paying for the return as the fault was theirs; perhaps they could pick up the sandals by courier (which is how they were delivered: wrapped in a plastic bag, with no box!), I was forced to contact my bank, and fortunately received my refund with their intervention.

This company: failed to deliver what they promised, refused to take any responsibility for their errors, wasted a lot of my time, and expected me to ‘put up or shut up’ with their shenanigans, all at my own expense. My advice: AVOID THIS COMPANY – Do Not Deal With Them!

I ordered a pair of sandals in May. Yodel said they couldnt deliver them. I contacted Naturstep, who repeatedly told me to contact Yodel, in spite of an initial promise to deliver or no hassle money back.
I contacted Yodel, who told me they'd been returned to the sender - twice. I still have neither my sandals or an offered 55% refund to cover postage. Useless and very disappointing.

Wish I had read these reviews. My sandals cracked after a week of wear and I have not had any replies to my several emails requesting a refund. The UK government should stop companies having uk domain names and ban them when they don’t follow British law on faulty products

Bought a pair of Trainers in mid June 2025 from the off I never received a receipt or email. - however the money was taken off my credit card. So I emailed Naturstep asking for a receipt and confirmation email. It took two days to receive an email informing me that my order is in hand but still no receipt. two to three days later I receive an email informing me that my order is on the way. so I waited to see who was the delivery agent. I was sent a tracking tracking number for YODEL. However, when I went on the Yodel website I was informed there was no such tracking number. So `I emailed Naturstep who informed me that it was definitely the Tracking number. So I emailed again and then they send an email with a Yodel page but still not the tracking number. So I rang Yodel and gave them the number I had. The Customer service Agent informed me that it was not the tracking number however they asked for my email address and address. Yodel informed me that the email address is correct by the address was not what they had. Yodel ask that I go back to Naturstep which I did via email as I could not reach NATURSTEP vis Telephone. Never received an email response from Naturstep todate. I would NEVER purchase from NATURSTEP again. TOO INCOMPETENT-

If I had read these reviews I would never have bought any shoes. The website is very eye catching.
The shoes I received were so badly made, awful materials used.
Wouldn’t give me my money back, offered 20% discount and voucher but nothing was sent to me. I asked to return the shoes and they sent an address in China. I realised if I sent them back I wouldn’t get any money back. Do not buy from this mega rip off company.

THIS COMPANY IS A CON. I REFUSED THE RUBBISH SHOES THEY SENT AND THE DELIVERY MAN TOOK THEM STRAIGHT AWAY FOR RETURN. THIS WAS A GOOD MOVE AFTER WEEKS OF EMAILS THEY ASKED FOR A TRACKING NUMBER AND YODEL HAD SUPPLIED ONE. THEY THEN ADMITTED THEY HAD RECEIVED THE SHOES. AFTER WEEKS OF MESSING AROUND THEY OFFERED A 50 PER CENT REFUND. THIS HAS BEEN PAID INTO MY ACCOUNT. DON'T USE THEM IT'S A CON.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!

They clearly missed the training for customer service. You’re sent in circles when you want to return an item, to top it off, these cowboys don’t even offer return labels to their customers. They send you some dodgy address in china and then keep asking for tracking numbers for the item returned instead of checking that address.

AWFUL COMPANY WITH RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Unfortunately I would never touch this company again.
I ordered a pair of shoes which on arrival I did not like and so complied with their return strategy. This was to an address in Hong Kong for which I had to pay postage. Several weeks later the shoes were returned to me as they were refused at the Hong Kong address. I contacted suppport and their only response was their standard return instructions but this time the address was in China. I emailed to say this was unacceptable and requested a complete refund plus the cost of postage to Hong Kong. Their response was to say I would hear within two to three working days. that was four weeks ago and I have heard nothing.
I would suggest that this is a pretty shady Chinese outfit and would suggest anyone to be very wary.

like everyone - I trusted this website and their products and bought 5 items as I have issue with my foot.

All the 5 products are uncomfortable to wear and not at all how they describe on their website.

The return is back to China which will cost £20+ and now reading the reviews here Im not sure the address is authentic.
I have now raised this with my bank and Klarna as I am on their 3 month payment plan

Not worth a star but no other way of leaving a review. Very poor quality and size despite ordering a size up I couldn’t get my feet into them without showing virtually the entire stripe of white velcro on the front fastening. They look cheap and ugly. They do not fit. The advert is basically a lie, the reality is nothing like the picture. They arrived whilst I was away on holiday. I had ordered them because they were advertised as being good walking sandals but I couldn’t even get them on. Very disappointing.

Bought hiking / running shoes it took ages to arrive. After walking 20000 steps for two weeks the rubber soles worn out and thin and now can’t use. Please don’t buy it would be more cost effective to spend more on better quality shoes

What a con . This company advertises refund but they don’t tell you it costs almost £24 to return it to China ! I made a successful charge back from my credit card. I cannot believe they are still advertising.

If l could score a nil l would.The sandals are badly fitting, cheap material. They arrived in a plastic bag all squashed up. I E-Mailed the company, give me an address in China to return, with myself having to pay for return. The sandals cost me £36, bought on a market you would probably pay about £7 or £8. They are cheap and nasty. The company should not be allowed to trade.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CHEAP AND NASTY COMPANY

Con. Sent wrong size. Cost a fortune to return. Sandals are pure junk. Scam. Stay clear.

The order took ages to arrive. The quality of the sandals are disgusting. Tried to return , was offered 20% refund and told it would cost me a small fortune to return which on going to the post office was certainly correct with no guarantee the parcel would arrive or a refund given. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY , go burn your money instead. Disgusting
