I recently purchased shilajit from gavin and Rachel at nature provides and am very happy with my product very well packaged great delivery time and a very good genuine pure shilajit resin I made a purchase of shilajit from a fraudulent company goldseal that genuinely sell fake products when I emailed gavin to make sure I was buying a good legit Product he kindly sent me a video of testing the quality and purity and its a very good high quality product and most definitely legit I'm incredibly happy with the shilajit I feel so much more energetic everything is improving sleep,energy,mentality,health I'm very happy will be purchasing again shilajit has so many beneficial properties you understand why there are so many companies Trying to make money with fake untested Products im a very happy customer thanks again gavin

I love the Nature Provides Magnesium…
I love the Nature Provides Magnesium Glycinate (Magnesium Bisglycinate). The potency is great; a strong enough amount to do some good in my female body. I’ve noticed great health improvements since taking the supplement, including sleep, mental agility, organ and hormonal health. I wish they did bottles with larger quantities as I go through them fast, and it’s frustrating to have to remember to order them constantly, as both myself and my husband take them. That or increase the potency per capsule and I could take less capsules to achieve my dose goal, and then they’d last longer. But great quality product and fast efficient delivery.
