I ordered from NationsKit as a surprise for my son’s 13th birthday in July. Unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing.

When the jerseys arrived, there was an issue with two of them, so I contacted customer service on July 28 to request replacements. I was told the replacements would be taken care of and sent at no additional cost.

It’s been 7 weeks waiting. I have followed up almost every week, but as of today, I still have not received the replacement jerseys or even a clear shipment update. Each time, I’m told it’s being looked into or escalated, but there has still been no resolution.

I understand that delays can happen, but waiting this long for a replacement after it was already promised is extremely frustrating. My son has been waiting for his jerseys for weeks, and what was supposed to be a special birthday surprise has turned into a very frustrating customer service experience.

I really hope NationsKit can resolve this soon, but based on my experience so far, I would recommend being prepared for a potentially very slow resolution if there is an issue with your order.

Buyer Beware! I ordered three jerseys during the World Cup. I chose Nationskit because they offered 3-5 day shipping. I upgraded and paid extra for expedited shipping hoping to receive my order in two weeks before leaving on vacation. The ordered arrive 5 weeks after I placed the order! I learned later, orders were shipped from Europe. When we arrived home two weeks after the order arrived, we tried on the shirts and initiated a return because the jerseys were too small. After about a dozen back and forth emails trying to find my order, even though I provided the correct order number on each email, they offered me many alternatives to order the correct size jerseys at my expense, rather than accept my return request. After rejecting all of their offers, they claimed that due to not requesting a return with 7 days of delivery, and due to international law, they would not allow a return.
I will never order from this company.

Avoid at all costs, this is a scam website with no actual customer service. It is all AI bots and they eventually just stop messaging you. They offer discounts that don’t exist and the product is sized incorrectly.

Ordered 3 jerseys (Spain/Portugal/Norway)
I wear US-L but I did check their sizing chart and what I can see it’s size XL so I order Size XL. Just be patient, after placing order it took approx 10days to get the tracking and then another 2-3weeks to get the delivery.
Order arrived and all 3 jerseys were too tight. I measured them and they were 3cm-5cm short than what shown in the chart (measuring at chest)
So I emailed their support team with all the photos. And they gave me two options - I pay for shipping and return jerseys and I will get full refund or I keep these jerseys and they will give me 70%off coupon for my next order.
I told them I will not pay for shipping as this is a manufacturing defect and not my fault.
So they ask me to keep the Jerseys and provide them what size and customization want so I gave their largest size 3XL and they fit good.

Jersey material quality and detailing is very good.
Pro tip - measure the jersey you have (armpit to armpit) and check their sizing chart and order one size up.
And be patient on delivery as it will take anywhere between 3weeks to over a month.

Ordered 4 jerseys. 1. Took over 2 weeks to get them. I think they come from China. 2. They are not true to size. They run small. One size down. So order a size up for them to fit. 3. They are fake jerseys. The France jersey nike emblem came crooked. The neck for the Spain jersey came larger than the jersey. So weird. When I tried to reach out to the company all I got was a computer generated A I response. Been about a month and im taking the loss. Any one need some bootleg jerseys ??
