Unfortunately drivers side window shattered claimed through Aviva insurance who transferred me to National windscreen Bristol gave details Drivers side window they then said it would be orderd once I paid excess would take 5 to 7 days so Saturday chap turns up with passengers side window this now means another week without transport HOW can you get it so wrong first time dealing with National Windscreens NOT IMPRESSED

RUINED MY WINDSCREEN!!!
National Windscreens carried out a chip repair that physically peeled off after 6 weeks. Customer Relations admitted in writing that high summer temperatures affected the application, but have now issued a Final Response Letter refusing to fix it under warranty, hiding behind internal 30-day terms.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, work must be done with reasonable care and skill. Disgraceful customer service and failure to take accountability for bad workmanship. Because they failed to seal my chip properly in the first place, they have completely ruined my windscreen, leaving me with no choice now but to replace the entire windscreen.
Matter escalated to Allianz and the Financial Ombudsman Service.

I forgot the name of the guy who came out so sorry but genuinely such a friendly and nice man. The job was done really well and quicker than I imagined so definitely do recommend these guys for sure.
