Unhappy customer
I was not told the tiles I ordered would all be different to each other. I could only see a small section of tile,which was light in colour, as they were in the box and I presumed they would all be the same. The staff member who recommended the tiles should have told me they would all be different, and I would have picked something else. The bathroom floor looks nothing like I expected it to look. It is much darker and nothing like the light tile part I saw when ordering. I am very disappointed. The tiles I ordered were NT18-4102FL STONE CODE MORO MATT 600X600.
I had ordered other tiles on a different day and had found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

Customer Satisfaction
There was a problem with the tiles I had ordered as they were coming from South Australia and it was a big shipping process.
However, when it became apparent that the tiles would not arrive when required, Ashleigh from National Tiles Bankstown was amazing in sorting out the problem on time, organizing a suitable replacement and prize matched the tiles.
I would definitely purchase tiles from National Tiles again.
