Disappointed loyal customer
I have been a loyal customer over the years however it was so disappointing to see that I have to pay a fee for the company’s decisions on where the stock is stored! I never had to pay this before. Always collected from Dandenong and the stock is brought from the warehouse. It’s not my problem where you store, I shouldn’t be charged for you to manage your logistics.

The whole process of purchase and delivery were seamless. I had some boxes left over and they gladly took them back and refunded me. It was all very easy.
