I was very nervous about even attempting to use a private agency to obtain an expedited passport because I honestly had no idea what it should cost or which documetns needed to filled out and sent in - but Rosealee put me right at ease! She was very friendly, but also very professional and very specific on all the documents to I needed to gather,where to find them, and how many copies of each I needed! she followed up our conversations with an email confirming instructions and supplying the documents I needed to access! I would definitely recommend them!!

My wife and I were 100 percent satisfied with the help we received from National Passport Service. As anyone facing the problem would recognize, it's an anxious moment when you belatedly realize--with very little time to spare--that your passport, although valid, will not be valid long enough after an intended international departure to meet the visa requirements of the country you're visiting. That was my wife's situation. And it certainly doesn't reduce your anxiety to have to put your passport in the mail and hope it gets processed on time. Because we did not have friends who had personally used an expediting service, we pretty much took a gamble on National Passport Service based on a couple of online reviews. It turns out our confidence was well-placed. Their directions were clear. The intake processing was efficient. Their website made it possible to verify their receipt of our paperwork and to check that processing was proceeding. If anything, we got my wife's new passport even sooner than had been promised. Expediting services are not inexpensive, but National Passport Service's pricing was at least competitive. What you pay for is efficiency and dependability. And that's we got. We are grateful.

Fantastic service they secured my passport and visa on time with no issues. The agency was very supportive with all our questions and bottom line it worked. I found out about this company from CVS this was a really good recommendation. We will be going to China on time this weekend.

When I was turned back at the passport application office for a Naturalization Certificate discrepancy, I was first told that I had to replace it to the tune of $345.00. Not believing this, I inquired further only to be given conflicting information during a 5-hour marathon of ineptness. It was my 59 year-old husband who haphazardly found the federal form that stated no alteration was needed if the name change occurred through court order or by marriage. All you married women out there be advised!!!

So I needed a visa for China. The fee they charge is $249 for 6-8 business days. I thought that would have included the government consult fee as well, since that is price most companies are charging to get. Nope not at all. They wanted an additional $160 for government fee. I asked what $249 was for and they said time and expertise. Standard for Chinese visa is 4 business days, so don't know where the extra time cost came in. Expertise, well that I'm not sure of cause they don't actually issue me the visa it's upto the Chinese embassy. They go and say there is hidden fees that other companies will charge you. I offered to send them an email confirmation of what other companies charge. She said they don't match prices and aren't going to pay $160 government for me. So I asked for refund. This company just wants to charge you double. Don't use. Look at other companies. I ended up going with visaexpress for $256 including 4-6 business days and credit card fee.

As with every other government agency - horribly run, horrible attitude, complete waste of time.

I had less than 2 weeks to get my Passport for a business trip. I ordered the 5-7 day service and got the passport within 6 days. Only complaint I have is that it is a bit pricey ($200 for their service + $170 government fees + $25 post office fee.) Customer service wasn't as friendly as most companies I've dealt with, but they do the most important things right. Very satisfied.

I'm leaving for a cruise and didn't realize my passport was expired. When I realized it, I only had a couple of weeks before leaving so I looked into one of those expediting services because I didn't want to risk it not coming back in time by doing it the traditional way and I didn't have time to make an appointment. I was afraid to use and expediting service because I wasn't sure about how legit they all were but I knew I had no choice. I called one up and was told all the things that I needed and that I needed new pictures. I went to CVS and took the pic and while looking at the pictures realized that the booklet the pictures come in had an advertisement for NationalPassportService.com. I was so happy because I was still feeling skeptical about using the other service because the reviews were spotty and the good reviews sounded like they came from company itself so I was so relieved that this service was attached to CVS because I felt that they must have been legit. I filled out the online info and someone called me back in an hour or so as the site said. The woman was very nice and explained what I needed to do and said she would also send me an email with the same instructions. I sent off everything the next day. I tracked the process the whole time on their website and the travel.state.gov website and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. I was extremely nervous still so I even sent a couple of emails along the way and was responded to right away. She even gave me a call at one point to assure me that all was well because our email exchanged appeared to have a little miscommunication and instead of us going back and forth through email she picked up the phone (seriously who does that anymore). I did the 8-10 day process and I got the passport on the 8th day and I began the process just before a holiday (Labor Day). They are legit. It's expensive but if you need this service because you waited until the last minute like I did, you won't regret the expense because you really have no other choice but to use a service like this. The only other thing you can do is go to the passport agency. If you can do that, definitely do so, but when you can't try them. Also, they advertised in the picture booklet from CVS a rebate for the cost of the pictures. I didn't send my rebate off yet so I can't review that but if it works that even better.

I needed my passport for a trip to the Bahamas for my birthday but because I'm a procrastinator and couldn't find my birth certificate it ended up being 3 weeks before my sail date and I still didn't have my passport. The post office said it would be 3 weeks minimum (not guaranteed) and that was cutting it to close so I found National Passport Service online. It did take some time ( a few hours) to get everything together but I has a great representative (Adam) helping me through it and got it done. Even at the end of the day and after the post office clerk tried to convince me I as being scammed Adam put me at ease by directing me to my CVS passport photo book and inside was an ad for National Passport Service which proved to me that I was working with a legitimate company. I paid for 5-7 days and got it on the 7th day exactly and this was during the holidays. Overall, great experience, would recommend to anyone!
