We had a polite and clean person called Lightweaver do our installation for fibre in the front room. We were given easy instructions and are impressed with how smoothly it has been.

Lightweaver installer very good .called 10 minutes before arriving and at time was expected very polite .clean and tidy worker .took just over 60 mins very happy with staff and speed of net

The engineer Kyle Johnson came on time

The engineer Kyle Johnson came on time. He was very polite and professional. Listen to my concerns about rooting the fibre cable to my property. He insure the installation was neat and conceal from the front door to the original place were we kept the Sky router under the stairs. Kyle further check the internet service was at full connection speed and clean any debris before he left.
I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service I recieved and will highly reccommend Youfibre to family and friends.

Great service

Great service. Kyle Johnson (engineer) Arrived early and was ready to start working straight away!
Very polite, informative and approachable.
Work is very neat. Couldn't be happier with the service received today.

Super set up.

Our engineer (Kyle Johnson) came to set us up following a house move, install was excellent, quick and fully explained throughout. Very happy customer

Tidy Youfibre install by Kyle

Kyle Johnson came to install our you fibre, can’t fault him at all. Very tidy installation inside and out. Worked with us to find a placement solution that worked and we were happy with.

Great installation (easy)

Kyle Johnson arrived on time and did a tidy installation. He stayed with me to test that the connection was working everywhere. Highly recommended.

No disruption whilst everything was being completed and ensured that I was able to get on line before he went
