I Bad experience. Received defective wig. My texts were not responded to. I called customer service and spoke to a clueless twitt who knew nothing about wigs. I have no confidence that I can receive satisfaction from this company.

Likely will not be a return customer. Most online wig business are not charging a restock fee anymore. 15% and return shipping is a lot .

First off, I guess all the wigs come from Germany so the wait time is long. Secondly, they charge a whopping 15% restocking fee, so if you purchase a wig for $300, you will be charged $45 just to try it on. Add that to the $20 you will have to pay to ship it back and WOW, that's what I call highway robbery. I was about to drop a lot of money there to get everyone (older ladies) a wig for an upcoming wedding. Glad I didn't make that mistake.

Namebrand Wigs has great prices, and I've recently found out their customer support is above and beyond. I had an issue with an item (that probably was user error, in retrospect), and they were extremely accommodating and responsive. Buying wigs online can be tricky, so I appreciate it that much more. Will definitely be back after this experience!

I have been buying from them for over 4 years. They have great resources at their website and lots of education. You can either email or call their customer support team for help and they have lots of reviews of wigs at their website. They do charge a restocking fee for returns but that is common in thos business and they are up front about it at their website. I highly recommend.

This company is the BEST at customer service when it comes to online purchasing. Any questions or concerns are addressed right away and resolved much to the customers delight. They are personable, real, honest and trustworthy. They are the only company I buy wigs from because it would be hard for any other company to match their level of excellence. I could not find the style Avalon by estetica in rh1488rt8. Then i looked up name brand wigs and they told me they had it available. Some retailers tell you they have it then after you pay them they will say its on back order. But NBR did not let me down and delivered the item in perfect brand new condition . Which is also important. I dont like to buy wigs from retailers who keep a wig on display and tried by many clients then they sell it. Thanks N B W . Will definately shop from here again

First time ordering from Namebrand Wigs. Ordered two wigs. One had to have been a return that was not inspected as I pulled out of the cap 5 grey hairs with roots attached. This one was really thin and one side was longer than the other. I have yet to determine if it had been thinned/cut. The other wig was perfect except it also appears to be longer one side then other, and yes my ear taps were adjusted. I'm thinking this company is an outlet for returned or defective wigs. I own over 25 wigs so I know what to look for when it comes to quality.

I purchased two wigs from Name Brand Wigs. Prior to my first purchase on a clearance wig, I contacted them with questions about the restocking fee. They agreed to waive the fee if I wanted to return it. This was fortunate because I didn’t think the wig looked enough like the stock photo so I did return it. I had to pay the $10 return shipping. The second wig by Jon Reneau was beautiful and I kept it. I think this is a good, reputable company. I just wish they didn’t charge restocking fees for returns. This makes me less likely to buy something there unless I’m fairly sure I’ll like it and even that can be risky. Anyone who buys wigs regularly knows that you can buy the same style and color and still find some variance.

My daughter has been wearing wigs because of alopecia and we needed to go on line because of COVID 19. They had great products - true to their descriptions and photos and great customer service

this company claims to be a "christian" based company so they have discriminated against me for being gay and refused my order
