Got my hair within a week, and it’s my favorite piece by far! I ordered Estetica Jones in Sunlit blonde and the color is gorgeous. I now need to try another style in same color. Thanks, WS1!

Customer service was fantastic! I had to change the delivery address on one of my orders and everything went so smoothly and I received my order without any delays. I just left ordering through Wig Studio 1! I love all the choices and options there are, and although I’ve never had to return any of my wigs, it gives me confidence, knowing the return policy is easy as well. I also enjoyed tracking my order.

Great customer service! I ordered Raquel's On My Way. I like my wigs to all be the same color and was trying to match marble brown in Noriko's Alva. Fortunately, the color I ordered was not in stock and I was sent an email to see if I wanted another color. I explained what I was trying to match and they found a color that was closer to marble brown than what I had selected. Absolutely love the color and the style of On My Way. Beautiful wig.

As always, very easy process from start to finish. The wig was beautiful, but did not work for me. Too much density and a face flopper situation that I was not confident I could fix. Wig Studio one has already processed my return. Great company. Great service time and time again.

I have not received my wig. It was due yesterday. You can make this better when it arrives and is what I ordered. So much for paying extra for faster shipping.

I ordered With Anna Lewis,by phone and 2 days later I saw this wig in a blonde color on a review from another company, I sent a text to ask Anna if I could get it in the color that I knew I could wait for, with WS1,, And Anna contacted Jon Renau,I was able to get it and it arrived when the 1st one would have! The company has excellent customer service! They answer all questions and solve any issues that occur. Wig Studio 1 has staff that are friendly along with being helpful. If a wig is on backorder, they give you options by selecting an available color, cancel the order or wait for your wig color selection. Always working with clients to make them feel comfortable & happy! Highly recommend.

Worked with me to get a wig sooner than the one I had ordered. But I sent it back because it was longer than I needed.

From the original order date, I found it difficult to follow the progression of my order as they kept splitting up the shipments. I would get emails with conflicting availibility and delivery date information. Online, everything was in stock, then a few days later I got out of stock emails and delayed delivery info. Found the only way to communicate with their customer service support team was through email, as my phone call did not get returned. When talking to a live agent and getting updated information, they were very courteous and helpful. However, the actual delivery timeframe did not match what I was told. I paid for a return label up front as I knew at least 1 of my wigs was going back, but I did not get the label. I do have all my products now and they were nicely packed and presented. I do have 2 returns to do, due to fit and color and hoping this is a smooth process in returning then and getting my refund.

Great custom service. A little disappointed in Rohan monofilament too Too see through and shows knots. Had to use root spray to disguise it.
