Not happy with my Namco purchase at all , we purchased a salt water pool a few years ago and it’s been rusting,first it was the top piece that holds the liner in place, now the side walls and the up rights are rusting, I was dealing with James but he never returned my call once he got his new position. They keep given us a B/S story obviously they sold us the wrong pool and now I am stuck with an unsafe pool. We bought this pool for our grandchildren hoping to get many years and many smiles with it. Very sad. Namco doesn’t stand behind their pools. Been dealing with this problem for some time .. at one time they were supposed to come replace the pieces that hold the line in but that never happened I have to hire a contractor to replace them .. then I was told they would pre rate the pool but why should I pay anything they sold me the wrong pool period it’s not designed for salt water , yes I paid for a salt water pool and got a rust bucket. We spoke with a woman from corporate and she was not pleasant . Very upset.. why been two years trying to resolve something , definitely don’t stand behind their product salesman was wrong they didn’t sell me a salt water pool . And don’t tell me you will prorate it that’s B/S why should I pay anything your sales people need better training maybe. Namco should be more caring for there customers. I have two grandsons and was hoping to get many years of enjoyment.. thanks Namco
UPDATE TO RESPOND TO NAMCOS RESPONSE.
Sadly I dealt with your customer service team out of the Rocky Hill office. I found the customer service to be very bad. We primarily dealt with Lynne, Customer Service Manager. We were promised replacement parts and were told they contacted the company that would repair. We never heard back from anybody to do the work, and we actually contacted the original installer that Namco set us up with and he stated he could not do it until Namco notified him. Another Namco representative told us we were sold the incorrect pool for saltwater.. so not only were the repairs promised in writing not completed Namco did not stand by this product. We have a rust bucket, salt, water, pool, From Namco!!!!! customer service manager, Lynn has all of our information, and they should be contacting us at this point to prove your statement of having good customer service. This pool should’ve been replaced with the amount of rust that we have. All the money spent we got three years of use out of the pool.Your Corporate office staff Is very useless, they are tell me they are prorating my pool because of there sale people sold me the wrong pool so now it’s going to cost me more money.. what ever happened to customer service are you kidding me ,Prorate my pool that you sold me B/S I will spread this news around even if I stop one potential buyer form buying a Namco product I will be happy.. un real thanks for nothing very un professional answer your not customer friendly at all I went into Namco after I we purchased the pool and another salesman told us we don’t have a saltwater pool...I guess my next stop is better business I have pictures if you would like to see . If I seen the pictures u would understand why we are upset.. I tried posting pics but site won’t let me I would like to speak directly to a CEO or someone other than customer service there terrible people

Namco pools helped me so much
My old pump decided to die this season so I needed a new pump and a filter system that was compatible together
You guys ( Steve) was so polite and understood exactly what I needed
My pool is up and running and I’m Happy !😊

Want to thank Erica T. from Poughkeepsie NY store. She is the best with customer service and has a great knowledge of pools. I showed her a picture of the algae and debris that took over my pool during the off season. Following her instructions and proper usage of the products she sold me, my pool is now sparkling crystal clear. I pass two other pool stores to go see Erica and I plan on continuing to do so. I’ve been steered wrong in the past and now look forward to speaking with Erica again with any pool concerns. She has earned my trust.

Large selection of pool equipment. Namco needs to get a private pool contractor affiliated with installing above ground pool. It is really hard to buy a pool without a pool contractor to install the above ground pool. I would recommend hosting a job fair to advertise the pool contractor or an open house.

I just went to Namco on route 1 in peabody. This store has Excellent customer service from the very beginning. I went to Namco and needed to have my pool water tested & needed some parts for our pool & Henry explained in detail all about our water, helped me find my pool parts and all with a smile on his face. He was happy to help me & he’s extremely knowledgeable about pool supplies & pools, very bright young man. If you need anything related to your pool go to Namco! Excellent customer service from the moment I walked into that store!

Made the replacement pool liner purchase on Saturday morning. The pool liner was delivered the following Tuesday !!!!!!!!! We were shocked and surprised with the super fast delivery. I haven't installed the liner yet, and will write a follow up comment in the near future. Thank you Namco !!
