I ordered a patio table and never got it. I called twice and the person at the Springfield store told me they will get back to me and no one called me back.
I brought this item in October at the outdoor furniture sale. The table was not in stock and it was ordered and to be delivered home. I was charged over $1,000.

Junk furniture
Purchased 4 different tables and 20 chairs from the enfield store, 2 days later it rained and the rust coming from from the furniture stained the new stamped concrete deck. I visited the store and spoke with Afrika she said to send in pictures to her email which I did, went down there after no contact back. Was given the number for customer service and called them, I spoke with Lynn who wasn't very helpfull other than to say call the manufacturer. So namco isn't standing behind what they sell that was only 3 days old.... terrible...

Professional and Accommodating
The price for the pool heater was the lowest I could find. The on-line ordering procedure was straight forward and convenient. I inquired about an expedited delivery, and I was answered immediately. I was told 7-10 days, but they would try to speed up the delivery. About one hour after I placed my order on-line, Namco called to inform me that I would receive the heater the next day (less than 24 hours).
The heater was actually delivered the following morning. The delivery personnel were polite and accommodating. Everyone I dealt with at Namco were professional, friendly and accommodating.

Can’t say enough good things about Karen and the team in customer service. She has gone over the top to get me a replacement part for our pool. And it wasn’t easy, she had to deal with different vendors on my behalf !!!

I ordered a hayward pump was told it was going to be delivered yesterday. When it didn’t arrive I called and was told they are all out of stock and will not be getting anymore this season. Very disappointing and frustrating to say the least!

Terrible Customer Service and Management,
I purchase a pool this spring at Namco and thought I was getting a good deal. To my dismay after the install I found everything about the pool is extremely flimsy and easily damaged. I was even told by the installer that he hasn't seen pools like this for over 15 plus years. I was talked into buying this pool from the store manager and I believe they pushed me into this deal to try and dump outdated inventory. I tried many times contacting customer service and store management to return this pool that already has damage just from leaning on it. I've had a pool for over 20 years and decided it was time to replace because of some ice damage, Namco's poo doesn't come close the the quality of my 20 year old pool I'm replacing. Namco sold me the cheapest I ever seen. I show all my friends and family and they can see immediately the low quality. Sadly I get the same reply from Namco each time I contact them, "we only sell quality pools and since you had it installed there is nothing we can do for you.
I hope people read this and never enter a Namco Pool store, there's a good reason their pools are cheaper and that the cheaper price matches the quality.
I'm out $6,500 (install and water) I will be replacing this pool at the end of this season if it holds up that long.

The sales team helped me with finding a replacement pump and a filter cartridge.
The sales team helped me with my replacement pump and filter cartridge. Although, I was directed to INYO Pools for a cartridge that I thought I needed (my fault, I have never ordered one for the pool and got the wrong sq. ft.) I had to return that cartridge to INYO and eat the shipping. Live and learn. Once I received the wrong cartridge from INYO, I called (6/5/23) Namco and asked what one specifically I should get and was assisted. The only negative thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars is shipping time. It's been a week and my order for the pump is still marked as "pending". Hopefully all items will arrive soon!
