The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever. I placed my order three weeks ago and I am still waiting for delivery even though I paid a shipping fee. They use DHL services and this company did not follow instructions to deliver in their service point. Now the package is anywhere and no one is taking any action or giving me any support. Naissance customer service tells me that I have to solve it with DHL but, the point is that I can’t contact them and in fact I didn’t contract DHL services. Now I want my money back.

Thank you for your feedback. Once your order has entered DHL's system, I'm afraid we are not able to liaise with DHL on your behalf to coordinate delivery as we are not the recipient of the parcel. I can see that we have previously provided the tracking and it shows that it will be delivered today. Of course we are responsible if the parcel is lost in transit. Please accept our apologies for the delay experienced by DHL. We have processed a refund for your order and you will receive an email to confirm. Naissance

Replacement not received
Replacement not received
Initially the address info was incorrect, but I intimated the service team on the same day DHL reported that they send the package back to the shipper. I am still waiting to hear about a replacement package for the order placed.
