Ordered a jumpsuit for my husbands 50th 29th of March. It said 1 business day delivery. However, realised there was no movement. Contacted customer service. Explained to Alex my concerns. Told me I'd have to wait it's 3-6 business days. I'd recieve it latest 6th of April. Still didn't arrive. Alex advised they could do nothing as they had sent it. Checked with the courier. Courier advised they had only created a label. Alex then had to admit this was true. Contacted their warehouse. Back and forth. They are now in dispute with the courier company leaving me out of pocket. No outfit instead of replacing or refunding or advising me. Most of us can't just splash that type of money. It takes 11 days. Through nothing got to do with me. I'm left out of pocket, no outfit. The customer service rep is on repeat. I'm sorry but... no solutions for me. I will be taking it further to consumer protection

Beautiful dress, excellent quality. The Customer Service team assisted me with an issue I was having with the returns portal. They responded immediately and were really helpful, especially Alex!

I ordered a jumpsuit from Nadine Merabi. The quality was beautiful but the jumpsuit was just a bit too big so I decided to return in. In the course of making the return, I ran into a glitch on the site that caused me to miss out on an offered credit. When I brought the issue to the company’s attention, they quickly resolved the issue and even went beyond that to offer me an additional credit. It is hard to find companies that make a quality product and have great customer service so definitely a 5 star for me.

The fit and quality of the dresses are exceptional and perfect for special occasions. I always get a lot of compliments on them. The customer service is excellent also and they went above and beyond to quickly rectify an issue caused by the Royal Mail.

Ich habe online mit 30 % Nachlass einen jumpsuit bestellt in der Größe S. Geliefert wurde mir die Größe M. Ich habe keine Bestellbestätigung bekommen nur eine Versandbestätigung und dort ist mir schon aufgefallen, dass es sich um eine Größe M handelt und habe auf diese E-Mail direkt geantwortet, dass ich eine Größe S bestellt habe. Ich bekam keine Antwort und als die Lieferung da war, wollte ich eigentlich Austausch in der Größe veranlassen. Dieses ist aber nicht möglich man kann das nur machen und dann müsste ich den vollen Betrag bezahlen. Also man kann nicht austauschen etwas welches man bekommen hat. Man muss dann die Differenz bezahlen und zusätzlich muss man eine sehr hohe Gebühr von ungefähr 25 € für das zurücksenden bezahlen. Meiner Freundin ist übrigens das gleiche passiert die hat M bestellt und hat die Größe L bekommen. Hatte mir das noch erzählt, ging aber davon aus, dass sie ein Fehler gemacht hat. Die Gebühr zum zurücksenden war ihr dann zu hoch und sie hat einfach ihren Jumpsuit verkleinern lassen. Dadurch, dass er bei mir sehr viel größer ist, liebt mir die Option nicht. Ich würde bei denen nicht mehr bestellen.

Der Kundenservice war super und sehr freundlich. Alles wurde sehr schnell umgesetzt. Vielen Dank.

If I could give Alex more stars, I would! I ordered a dress for my hen do which was unfortunately faulty when it arrived. I contacted customer services and Alex got back to me within 2 minutes and arranged a replacement for me with priority shipping when I had dropped the faulty dress off at a Post Office. Thank you so much Alex!

UPDATE: I have now received an email apology confirming that the missing item had been found at their returns department and that they have issued a refund. They explained their investigations always start with the customer first before investigating the weight of the parcel. Thankfully this is resolved now.

Ordered three items, one dress and two bodysuits as was unsure of size. The dress didn’t suit and I returned one of the bodysuit's keeping the one in the right size. Return was sent via dpd 12 days ago. Today I receive an email from Alex saying the bodysuit was missing. I responded confirming that I had indeed sent. He then replied asking for proof of postage and weight. The dpd receipt from the post office does not show a weight on it. I’m hoping that the dpd manifest can confirm this to them, but frankly am very annoyed that they are implying I’ve stolen an item. I can see from reviews that this same issue happened to another customer 3 days ago. I hope they come back to me tomorrow and appologise with a full refund.

Alex was really helpful. I was given information on dress availability in store and sizing. I ordered online in the end. I had excellent communication and great help! If only all customer service agents were like this! Thank you so much Alex. I’m looking forward to receiving my dresses.

Shipping was really fast. Absolutely beautiful, high quality dresses. I found the fit true to size. And the online customer service is some of the best I've ever encountered. I will definitely shop with Nadine Merabi again!
