Clothes are so stylish and I had a discount code so made them more affordable. I had to contact customer service and their response was very quick and informative. Unfortunately I had to send back my order due to various reasons but I will certainly order from them again. Still have not received my refund, so cannot comment on that aspect, but I am sure there will not be an issue

Nadine Merabi clothes are beautifully made and truly fashion-forward. I had a small sizing inconsistency between two items, but Alex and Miranda were incredibly helpful and resolved everything quickly. Communication was prompt, polite, and professional. Overall, a really positive experience and excellent customer service.

I made multiple orders with different options as I’m between sizes and not sure what suits me. I found my perfect dress but unfortunately there was a teeny mark on it, which I ordinarily would’ve just accepted but as the dress was pure white and for my ceremony in May, I decided it was probably best to reach out to customer service to see what could be done. They were very quick to respond, accepted all of my returns and advised me on the best course of action to get the size I needed. I would definitely use them again.

Äußerst unseriös und betrügerisch, wenn es um Rücksendungen geht. Im Dezember 2025 habe ich ein Kleid (ca. 170€) gekauft und es direkt nach Erhalt wieder zurückgeschickt, die Zustellung erfolgte ordnungsgemäß mit Zustellnachweis. Daraufhin hatte ich die Möglichkeit, entweder eine Erstattung oder ein Gutschein zu wählen. Ich hatte leider den Gutschein gewählt. Allerdings hat dieser Gutschein niemals funktioniert (er war ungültig für Deutschland), worüber ich Nadine Merabi mehrmals schriftlich informiert und Screenshots an den Kundendienst geschickt hatte. Alles ich ich dazu als Antwort bekam, waren mittlerweile unzählige Nachrichten mit Beteuerungen, der Gutschein müsse funktionieren, dann auch noch allgemeine Anleitungen, wie Gutscheine einzulösen sind und anschließend wurde mir wiederholt immer der gleiche (identische) Gutschein (der nicht funktionierte) geschickt. Auch an verschiedenen PCs hat der Gutschein nicht funktioniert.
Jetzt, mehr als 2 ganze Monate später habe ich weder Ware noch einen gültigen Geschein von Nadine Merabi erhalten. Paypal beteuert, dies gehe nicht unter Käuferschutz, da es um einen Widerruf gehe. Die Meldung an die Verbraucherzentrale ist erfolgt, doch wird mir das mein Geld zurückholen? Offensichtlich nicht. Nadine Merabis Machenschaften mit Gutscheinen sind äußerst dubios und daher rate ich von einem Kauf dringend ab.

We had a brilliant experience with this company. My partner was after her wedding dress and with not living near one of the shops we had to do numerous orders and send them back until she found the one she wanted. She fell in love with one and now has her perfect wedding dress, it's absolutely beatiful and it's ridiculously good quality. Had one slight issue with one of the returns, but it was dealt with instantly by a member of their staff Alex! Been a great experience from start to finish and would recommend the site to anyone. Beautiful clothing and superb service

Nadine Merabi not only makes gorgeous clothing - but their customer service is so prompt and responsive! Everything arrives quickly and in beautiful packaging. But more than that - my dresses went on sale days after I bought them and they refunded the difference without issue! This is my first time ordering from them and they have a new fan for sure!

Very disappointing experience – repeated cancellations, unreliable stock information, and no final response

I had an extremely frustrating experience ordering the Lottie White Dress from Nadine Merabi for my upcoming wedding.

I placed my first order after the dress was shown as available on the website. The order was confirmed and paid, but shortly after it was cancelled by Nadine Merabi due to “insufficient stock” caused by a technical issue. I was told I would be notified when the dress became available again and that my original discount (€104) would be honoured.

When the dress appeared available again in my size, I placed a second order immediately to secure it — again relying on the availability shown on their website. This order was also cancelled for the exact same reason: incorrect stock information.

Throughout this process, communication was inconsistent and unreliable. I was not notified proactively when the dress became available again, despite being promised this. I had to monitor the website myself constantly.

At one point, customer service even suggested that I should manually check with them before ordering to confirm availability — which defeats the purpose of having an online store with real-time stock information.

The most disappointing part is that after multiple exchanges, apologies, and assurances, my last message asking for confirmation regarding actual availability was never answered.

In summary:
• Two confirmed and paid orders were cancelled due to internal stock system failures
• Website availability could not be relied upon
• Promised notifications were never sent
• Communication stopped entirely at the end
• The process caused unnecessary stress during important wedding planning

While the designs are beautiful, the ordering and stock management process is highly unreliable. For a brand in this price range, I expected a much more professional and dependable customer experience.

My experience was nothing short of 5 stars. The team are extremely responsive and helpful, I was absolutely impressed with the customer service. The jumpsuit is stunning, exactly as advertised and such high quality!
