Sav complètement inexistant, produit de qualité médiocre on est loin de la qualité à la Française même pour les produits les plus chers. Produit de cette entreprise à éviter absolument. C'est cher, de mauvaise qualité et bourrer de défaut et de vices. Contrôle qualité horrible. Enfin si il y en a... Comme leur sav !!!

The product looks and feels good. Responsivity from customer service was not initially fast, but in the end I did get the help I needed. I hope the controller lasts, because the back buttons are very will placed, in my opinion more comfortable than the paddles on a Scuf.

If this company ups their customer support a bit, they can be a serious contender for the best custom controller producer out there.

Bought Nacon Pro controller. Left analog stopped working within 3 weeks. Wrote to Nacon a couple on times,even in french but they never reply. Completely unsatisfied with the service. Just write next time that you don't want to give any warranty.

I have bought 2 controllers from Nacon - Revolution & Unlimited Pro. Both were considered high-end products with a price tag to match. Both controllers have been the worst controllers I have ever used. They break within a few months - trigger buttons are unresponsive and the sticks will drift. In my experience of using these products over a 2 year period I can safely say I will never be buying anything from Nacon again and I urge others to follow suit. I have no idea how they can charge expensive prices for their products.

Hey Nacon. Any chance you could reply to some of us that have had broken products?

I will never buy anything form you again. It’s not bad enough that your products break so easily but then you just blank us when we ask for help resolving the issues.

I wouldn’t even give you 1/10 as a company. The whole gaming community knows what a joke you are now so I’m pretty sure you’ll be out of business soon enough.

Found them a good fit and good sound quality and nois cancelling HOWEVER there is a loud echo when on full volume and talking to your friends which is obviously really annoying not to be able to be on full volume. The mic and the aux are very flimsy and the aux has broken on 2 of the headsets (I got a replacement headset from the store that has now closed) for me and the mic needs to be fiddled with in order to work properly now. I contacted Plantronics about replacement mic and aux but they simply said they don't care and they've sold the brand to Nacon Gaming. I will update when I get a reply from them but I am not hopeful, even if it's fixed I wouldn't recommend this mic because of the echo problem.
