I had a issue with mij nacon revolution pro 5 .after contact with nacon support.the problemen was solved all in a 2day span. I realy can you advise the nacon controller.

No communication and missing items
I had purchase test drive Unlimited solar Crown. Once I received the item, it was missing key. Items that were a part of the collector's edition. Upon realizing this, I tried to communicate with them however I cannot call because it is international and my cell service does not allow it, so I tried diffrent multiple diffrent emails and all I have gotten are automated response. One email was sent to zendesk where I finally got a response however the told me to use nacon gaming fr email because the one I was using was irrelevant so I sent an email a couple times and I again only gotten automated emails with one even asking how I would rate the service that they provided Which was none! I would like to get this issue fix or atleast and explanation as to why I did not get the stuff that was in the description. Because had I known thay i wasn't going to be getting the items I would have NEVER paid for the collectors edition and just purchased the ultimate for 80 dollar instead of 200 dollars. Please contact me and help me understand this. I will update this review IF I GET A RESPONSE. Note this has been going of for atleast 3 weeks ever since I have received my order and initial complaint was September 2nd
update after no communication the items were received today I am happy they fixed it. I just wish there would have been more communication. Thank you.

In data 01/08/2024 ho prenotato la collector's edition di Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown per Xbox. Ho contattato tramite modulo di contatto sul sito, email e numero verde il supporto per annullare l'ordine, ma non risponde nessuno. Ladri maledetti
Worst customer service, used headphones
Ordered headphones for 80€ and got obviously used and returned ones (hair and dandruff stuck onto the headphones and cable just thrown in the box, seal on box broken). They didn’t even bother to re pack them or try to present them like new. Wrote to customer service to request a refund but it has been three weeks and still no reply.

STAY AWAY FROM NACON
Ordered their Nacon Revolution Controller for PS5, after a few days it was stuck at customs in France because it was missing some documents, I emailed Nacon like 10 times and never got a reply, called their customer support number and they only provide help with technical issues and sales department doesnt have a number, my bank said they cant refund my money since I approved the transaction, all in all the worst customer service Ive seen BY FAR, do not even risk it guys
UPDATE: I emailed them multiple times more and finally got a reply in French saying "we cant do anything since we already sent the package", I then ended up calling the French delivery service they use myself (Chronopost) and took care of the whole issue myself in 10 minutes!!! something they couldnt do for days. My controller made it to me but im out of town for now so will update on the quality later. Also, I tried leaving the review on their website and moderators didnt approve it, LOL!
UPDATE 2: so i got back home and opened the controller, and it was bricked... like completely dead, no power no nothing, Ive tried everything and nothing worked, then I called their technical support and they couldnt help either and suggested i email for a refund, i did just that and they've been ignoring me for a week now, guess im stuck with -200$ and a piece of plastic... stay away guys

They don’t even deserve the 1 star. I ordered a dongle from Nacon, paid €30, but never got anything. I wrote loads of emails to them but never ever got a response. Don’t waste your money and buy anything from them. Their shop should get taken off the web, before they con even more people. Disgusting.
Achtung Betrug!
Bestelltes Headset wurde defekt und gebraucht geliefert. Support wurde kontaktiert, hat aber nicht geantwortet. Zum Glück habe ich per PayPal bestellt und kann mein Geld dadurch problemlos zurückfordern.
No order tracking available
After ordering from the website I was given a tracking number but when I tried to enter the number I was told i need to sign up, which I did, after I signed up I entered the tracking number but nothing happened. How am I supposed to know when it will be delivered. I contacted support and provided details but I do not hold out much hope for a reply going off other reviews of this company
Worst Customer Service EVER!!
Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. I had one of their RIG headsets that lasted me around 2/3 years, although one day it broke and would no longer turn on, I reached out to them looking for a replacement headset as it shouldn't have randomly broke, they asked for the 3 year old receipt to process my claim which I no longer had so I just said forget about it and because I liked the product I bought a new one of the exact same headset, It took way longer than advertised to be delivered, (weeks not days), after using this NEW headset for only around 2 months it too dies the same way the old one did and no longer powers on, I reached out to them again this time providing all necessary information over a discussion of about 5-7 emails in which they took a day or two to respond between, they then told me that my case would be passed to their warrenty department to be reviewed and that they would reach out to me on a different email belonging to their warranty department, they never reached out and I have been waiting almost a month for a reply so I reached back out to the original support email and they just sent me back the same automated email telling me to try contact the warranty department
This is as far as the process has gone 30/04/2024. I enjoy playing video games and I have been without a headset now due to this for well over a month.
Order placed 5 months ago, lost, broken product and no replacement
We ordered a fightstick from Nacon on 1st December 2023, after emailing and calling at least three times, we were told it got lost.
When the product did arrive, it wouldn't switch on. We emailed again, at least another twice and were asked to send a video, which we did. The lady on the phone said they would reimburse us for postage, so we paid for signed for delivery to france.
Parcelforce delivered the package on the 28th February 2024.
So far... nothing.
We have emailed and called twice, only to be fobbed off with "I'll ask our commerce team to email you."
I'll beleive it when I see it.
All we want is the money for the postage and the product we paid for.

Edit 09/04/24, we have received a reply saying they have not yet received our product. Sorry, but we have proof that you have!
Edit 16/04/24 now been told twice that they haven't received the parcel. Replied twice with proof of delivery. Still no further

Unreliable, No delivery, terrible communication
11 minutes on hold on main number,no answer, 6 minutes on hold for the nacon germany, and the support person hangs up on me, I call back for 10 minutes, no answer, I call again, and after another 3 minutes I get a support person which says I ordered from nacon france, not nacon germany so I shouldn't talk to them.

Ich habe an Weihnachten den XBox Controller pro für den PC das war ein Sonderangebot sehr günstig zu kaufen können, das war erst mal positiv.
In der Beschreibung steht dass er sich von alleine Installiert aber das ging nicht. Ich habe nach Treibern gesucht und keinen gefunden, bei der Seite war zwar einer vorhanden aber vermutlich für ein anderes Gerät.Ich habe das alles sehr ausführlich an den Support berichtet und um Hilfe gebeten. Prompt bekam ich eine Standard Antwort , "dass man sich so schnell wie möglich melden werde". Wie gesagt das war um den 27 bis 28 Dezember 2023.Ich habe in Zwischenzeit von eine Freund der den Controller schon länger hat den Treiber bekommen. Also mein Fazit ist Service ist nicht existent !!!!

Cuffie RIG 800 PRO HS arrivate con la scatola aperta, il gioco di steam mancante, la base di ricarica graffiata e piena di impronte, e in più un padiglione penzolante. Sono più di 2 settimane che scrivo e-mail continuamente. Ma non fanno altro che ignorare il problema.
Se considero che l'imballaggio della spedizione era sigillato, devo pensare che qualche dipendente si è cambiato la sua base di ricarica con la mia nuova e mi ha pure rubato il codice del gioco di steam.

Cosa è andato storto? Compro il Revolution pro 3, dopo manco 1 mese escono fuori i difetti di fabbrica, mi devo pagare la spedizione estera (35€) perché i video di dimostrazione dei difetti non gli bastano, spedisco, dopo 3 mesi mi ritorna il joypad perché il posto indicato da loro non esiste, glielo dico e non si fidano e vogliono ancora le prove...tempo per gestire questo inconviente 4 mesi e ci siamo ancora dietro, imbarazzante è dir poco, mai più e gli farò tutta la peggior pubblicità in assoluto
