Don’t book through this company!Worst experience ever! We were supposed to receive our flight information 20 hours before departure. We finally received flight information eight hours prior to departure with the wrong airline and airport. They booked us on Southwest Airlines instead of American Airlines and leaving out of Baltimore instead of Bloomington Illinois. I called several times and emailed several times with the same response each time. They assured me I had a flight today no worries and I will be receiving my information within a couple hours. As it got closer to the departure time, they started telling me they would get my ticket information to me in the next 15 to 20 minutes. With boarding starting and on my 15th call to their customer service I was told grab a pen and paper. I’m going to give you the information. I informed them I only had 10 minutes to get through security and to board the plane. With a very long pause and I kept asking give me the confirmation number. I’m here at the front desk, he had no confirmation number nor flight number to give me. Now, I am sitting at the airport getting on the next available flight out which cost me $700 more than the $500 ticket I purchased from them. I asked them to refund the purchase price and they assured me they would send me an email. I still have not received that email. Don’t deal with them at all! They offer low low rates to have a person come online and double that initially, and then a few weeks later when you’re at the airport and 15 calls later, they can’t meet their profit margin so they withhold the funds and you are without a flight. Total fraudulent company. I hope every single person involved with this company is able to experience on their next vacation what I have experienced. This is a horrible way to start a vacation! Do not book from them. It is not worth the anxiety and headache! I am not a complainer by no means, but I wanted to be very specific and make sure to alert people to the horrible experience you may encounter

Scam!!!!!!! Do not buy airline tickets from this company. Purchased, but just like the others…. Never received my airline ticket via email as promised. Was forced to rebook (prior to seeing these reviews). Now to find out the night before a 2nd purchased ticket they are not answering. Called the airline direct and no reservation can be found.
Zero customer service, zero phone etiquette, zero accountability. Bad business. Please do not be scammed like us

SCAM ALERT!!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!! I purchased a flight about 2 weeks prior to travel date. I did not receive e tickets as promised and when I attempted to call the two customer service numbers, neither worked and they did not respond to my email !!!! SCAM ALERT!!!!!!!!!!

Buying tickets a month out for a good price but called since I never recieved tickets but wasn't charged and when I called price went up 3x? Sounds like they try to bait with cheap prices. Waste of time etc.

Fraud Fraud Fraud - I bought a return ticket from you Cancún to Albuquerque. When I arrived at the airport the QR code that was sent to me was not valid, I had to almost twice the price to get to my destination.
