I HAVE LOST OVER $700 WITH THEM AS THERE WAS NO TICKETS WAITING FOR US WHEN WE GOT TO THE AIRPORT AND WE HAD TO PURCHASE OUR OWN TICKETS THERE AT THE CHECK IN AT SOUTHWEST AIRLINES JUST TO GET BACK HOME!!!!!!! DON’T BE SUCKERED IN BY THEM THEN MY CREDIT CARD NUMBERS WERE STOLEN WHEN WE GOT HOME. WOULDNT BE SURPRISED IF THAT AGENCY WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT!!!!! THEY HAVE CAUSED ME NOTHING BUT STRESS, ANXIETY, AND FRAUD!!!!!! THEY ARE A BAD TRAVEL AGENCY DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!! BY THE WAY THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME USING THEM AND NEVER AGAIN.

I found a 2,000 plus charge on my credit card and I do not know who you are...I will be reporting it. I certainly did not ok it.

Paid for tickets and received no tickets. Not even an email confirmation. Called and was told that we would receive our tickets 24 hours prior to traveling. After reading reviews, we were able to see that these people do business by gambling with your money and time. This is a bait and switch that gets you stuck at an airport, then will tell you that flights were overbooked, then ask for more money. Fortunately we did get our money back, but for the sake of your time and sanity DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

Everything. First, they said "Don't worry Sir, you can trust me". Second, when they said we would get our E-Tickets 20 hours ahead of the flight, that didn't happen. I called 3 different times the afternoon and night before and they again, reassured me not to worry Sir. Then we received an email at 11pm with a possible ticket. When we arrived at the airport, we got through security, but when we got up to get on plane, they said we weren't on the register. We went to customer service and they said the tickets were canceled and refunded back to another person. I called them and they said "sorry" and I said you are going to make it right. They said we can get you on a different flight and this time I will personally make sure this goes through. Talk about stupid. I honestly wanted to believe the guy, but when he sent the tickets online, we went to ticket check in and the lady said again we weren't on the roster for the plane. I called and asked to speak to the Supervisor and he hung up on me. I called back and the guy said that he will refund us. Really! After all that. Wasted Day. We had to cancel our hotels in Nashville, the rental car and plans for the entire weekend with our friends. Good Grief. If I could give a 0 Zero, that is what this company deserves. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Do not work with FARESQUESTUS, JUSTFLY or Reservation Club.

Liars and scammers. All the negative reviews are true. They have a system they use because many reviewers experience the same issues.
They put you on hold pretending to research. You can call on another phone and Marvin will answer AGAIN. Put you on hold Again and repeat. I had 3 lines ON HOLD
On hold for a loooong time too!

These people are scammers. Do not buy with them. They lie in the prices, once you enter your payment and call they say it is sold out. Calling BBB.

Alina was the best! I had an urgent need to book a flight and she stayed with me on the phone, she returned all my calls, and called me back to ensure I had all my questions answered. She was very patient! She made my experience seamless and was amazing! If you need help with your flights….. call Alina at fare quest :)

I think if you can be patience with them, they are legitimate and honest in finding deals for you.

Alina was extremely helpful! Although the first flights didn’t work out , she diligently searched and found the perfect flights for us at the right price. Alina corresponded with me in a timely fashion and got me the flight confirmations that assured me we were set for a great vacation. I appreciate her work ethic and help with booking our flights!! I will definitely use her again the next time we are booking flights.

This website catfishes people last Thursday I saw tickets for $187 per passenger i booked two for my mom and dad, got an email that this is my itinerary but my card was not yet charged and once it's charged I will receive the tickets. 24 hrs later I didn't get any contact from them so I called and was told the discounted tickets were sold out and they tired to sell me tickets for $700, customer service was very bad! I asked why is the website still advertising those prices and allowing us to buy the tickets at those prices if they are sold out. I was told the website hasn't been updated yet..yeah right! I went back on the website three days later Sunday and saw the same ticket prices at $183 per passenger so $4 less that the ones I thought i purchased three days prior. I guess the website was updated after all!! So I booked the two tickets again $366 for one way for both persons, got the same email this is your itinerary, and agent will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your booking. Today I saw an email that they tried to contact me and was unable to, lies! And that I should call this is their final attempt, I called my seats were held and they need to finalize the booking, so I called only to be told that the discounted fair was sold out and the cheapest they have per person is $450 yea right! They now what they are doing this is to get people to book with them! I called the BBB, these people are scammers and they catfish people, be careful don't get caught,total waist of time and on top of it the agents are not professional or helpful. If I could give them a -0 I would!

I found great ticket prices for flights. I have managed such deals on other websites in the past. The website states: "Just one final step, then you're all set to receive your e-tickets to travel to Orlando
International Airport". After entering complete passenger details and credit card information, I received an email stating flights were not confirmed while payment was processing. First red flag. Minutes later I received a call stating that fares were sold out. They offered different itineraries/datesfor 3-4 times the price. I was told I was not charged and would not be charged with little other option but to cancel.
I checked their website again. Found the exact same itinerary and faresstill advertised. I tried their virtual chat assistant: It kept repeating "I cannot help you with that".
I called customer service number and the same man answered. I explained that same and similar flights/itineraires were still showing. He said he could not help and hung up.
This is NOT legitimate travel agency practice/procedure. Do not book with them. Their website needs to be taken down.

Every bad review on here is true and the same happened to me. I should have known when it seemed too good to be true. I might add that this company is promoted through the site "Farecompare" and I've written to them to tell them to drop Faresquest.

Looking for a good business class deal, thought I found it on Faresquest through Farecompare (a known website). "Booked" it, got an email saying the reservation was "processing". I've never had an airline take 6 hours to email me with my reservation. I called this company from the number in the email and found out my tickets were "no longer available at that price" and were more than double the original price. I could've booked cheaper on the airline's own site! They are a scam for sure and now I've got a disappointed, cancer-stricken mother-in-law who thinks were coming to see her in early November. These people are beyond vile.

P.S. I will add that a day later, after my earlier fare was "no longer available", they are still running the same fare when I search again (+/- a day or two difference).

This is a scam,!! Do not trust them. It happened to me when I “bought” my airplane ticket.They emailed me a confirmation info which they do not honor. SCAM,!!

WHY DID I NOT LEARN ABOUT THESE SCAMMERS FROM THE START. ALL I SIMPLY WANTED TO DO WAS A FLIGHT COMPARISON, NOT BE SCAMMED OUT OF $512 WITH FAKE CONFIRMATION NUMBER FROM "BRUCE WILSON" WITH AN INDIAN ACCENT.
I TRAVELED SEVERAL HOURS TO MY AIRPORT ONLY TO BE TOLD NO RESERVATION EXISTS. I SHOWED EVERY SINGLE CORRESPONDENCE, NOTHING! NOW I MISSED MY FLIGHT AND CHANCE TO ATTEND FAMILY'S FUNERAL.
AVOID AT ALL COST & REPORT YOUR CARD TO YOUR BANK !!!!!!!

Farequestus sold me a ticket with a confirmation then later that evening called me and asked if I wanted to upgrade my seating and check a bag. I said no. The next day they sent me an email stating my ticket has been cancelled. When I called, they said they don't have any tickets available at the price they sold me a ticket for.

If I could give them negative stars i would, total bait and switch, the rep on the phone admitted that they never had the seats they sold me, they knew at the time they didn't have them but still sold them. they should never be allowed to be in business. the customer service is the worst, they have no idea what they are doing. don't ever use this company.
