It’s been so long I’d almost forgotten how I came to know Laura. I was standing in line at the Social Security office and started talking to the lady behind me. She gave me Laura’s contact info. I believe Laura has great integrity and will go to great lengths for her clients. She cares. I recommend her highly. She has all the info at her fingertips (or she’ll find out). Why do all the legwork when Laura’s already done it? She’ll present options and pricing, then you can decide what’s best for you. She’ll be your partner.

Laura Camacho has been consistent in helping me with Medicare Supplement Insurance over the last few years. She recently called me to suggest I make a change in my plan. She got me moved from Plan G to Plan F, saving me about $40 per month plus I will no longer have to pay the annual Medicare deductible because Plan F covers the deductible! Thank you Laura!!

Laura did a great job finding me a policy at a reduced rate then before which helped me a bunch.she made sure I was completely covered and explained all the details in changing plan providers.made all this a breeze.

She does so in a timely manner, making sure that we don’t miss any deadlines. She works hard for her clients, many times in the evenings and weekends to assure that her clients have the best care. I am one of the many complaints Laura received about Chelsea Goin. I've been with Laura for many years now & never had any problems until she hired Chelsea. Because of Chelsea I was nearly in financial ruins. I trusted & liked Chelsea. If it weren't for the quick thinking & long hours on the phone with Laura to straighten up the situation, I would have lost everything. Laura has been nothing but professional & caring to all her clients. I also received the email Laura sent & it said nothing derogatory about Chelsea. So for those two - one Star ratings for Laura I say, you two are appalling! You aren't even Laura's clients! So back off you two old biddies. You two didn't even have any experience with Laura, so you should not be rating her for having to let Chelsea go. That is none of anyone's business except Laura & Chelsea.

I am at a complete loss to understand the 2 one ratings that Laura has received. Laura has been my agent for over 8 years. The National Chrysler Retirement Organization (NCRO) consisting of over 7000 registered members, with myself as a Board member, has continued to list Laura on their webste as a trusted agent since vetting her 7 years ago. She has helped many of our members find the health insurance that suits their needs. She has never received even a single complaint in all these years. Instead, she continues to receive referrals year after year.

Thank you so much Laura Camacho for taking over Chelsea Goin account with me. It was such a nightmare. She finally told me that she had never done this type of transaction before so when she called you for your help I knew something was not right, so in our three-way conversation, she told Chelsea Goin how to handle this , it’s still did not work, so I was turned over to Laura at that point and Laura straightened it all out and got me in the program that I needed and on time. I have never been so stressed out , dealing with Chelsea Goin had me on the edge. If you have too much on your plate, turn it over to someone else and let them handle it because this was so handled in a way that my stress level was over the moon. If not for Laura Camacho this would not have gotten done in a timely manner. Once Laura took over & we did

I’m very disgusted with Laura Camacho. I received an email saying she fired my agent, that was extremely unprofessional. Having spent my career in the corporate world I know a company should NEVER send out details & names & accuse the person who they let go of all kinds of negative things to clients. I wrote a short note letting her know of my disappointment & she doubled down with even more negativity & accusations. In fact I received a 3rd email attacking me for expressing my displeasure & I had to firmly tell her to stop contacting me! Each email was nastier than the last, naming my agent & accusing her of all kinds of malpractice. (While trying to say she liked her.. I’d hate to see what she says about people she doesn’t like) The level of unprofessionalism, revenge, & nastiness was over the top & by tripling down on it I was afraid of what she might do to me or my account as revenge. I do not recommend working with someone who behaves this way. I’m sure she’ll respond to this review exactly as I described above.

Laura, the above rating is for you. After hearing from friends that are also clients of Chelsea Goin that you sent out an email to Chelsea’s clients (Chelsea helped me find the right policy for my needs in 2023 that I am pleased with and still have) throwing her under the bus, besmirching her reputation by spewing your untruths, and Chelsea not being given a platform to defend herself, I find your behavior malicious, dishonest, and EXTREMELY unprofessional. Of all the insurance agents I have dealt with, both in business and personally, Chelsea is the most professional, knowledgeable, and above all, the most honest insurance agent I have ever met. Her integrity is rare and is to be admired. She has only had my best interest as her client as her top concern. It is disgusting the way you have treated her. This email is not being written in an emotional state, but rather in a mature, calm one. As a result of your repulsive behavior, remove my contact information from your files.

Laura is a wealth of information! She is detail-oriented, professional and personable. She is able to break down all of the Medicare "craziness" into layman's terms. If you are pulling your hair out trying to decipher plans available in your area; doctors, hospitals and medication coverages, premiums, co-insurance, OOP please contact Laura. I highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed.
