Very good accommodation and host Is very good. Apartment is very clean and tidy I will rate 10/10

1. The waste bin was not emptied before we checked in.
2. No communication whatsoever before checking in. We had to chase them for our apartment number.
3. Deposit not released before chasing them. Even then, they say there would be a delay of 2 days.
4. Rude customer service.

I liked the spaciousness of the apartment and its central location. I did not like at all that there was no place to leave luggage. Or that the sheets were dirty and needed to be replaced the next day. Or that check-in is not until 3pm and check-out very early by 10am especially given that there is no place to leave the luggage.

Very poor communication and promised to solve some problems like apartment temperature with no action toll check out date .
And till now after 12 days of check out they didn’t release the deposit amount . Calling them many times to un- hold the amount with no action .

I dont understand my details not in your system, I used booking com is and booked 2 nights for my brother Kirt Henry, a first time visitor to Liverpool, and what a disappointment. The description of the hotel is wrong and misleading the address and name of hotel is wrong, I could not find the place despite using Google Map, I had to call to get direction into the hotel on arriving, someone open and give us the keys to the room, the room was not clean and the shower curtain was filthy, I ask for a new shower curtain, my brother stay only one night the next day i move him to a city centre hotel. I would not recommend anyone to use the hotel not hotel student hostel to me. no facilities no tv or basis , rated 1 star in my view.

Lovely apartment with an upgrade for a maintenance issue. Great staff and very happy with the stay.

I had a great stay and will be back.

The staff was very kind, the access to the room was easy and convenient. The room was warm and large. The bathroom was clean but ruined, very worn and rusty pipes in some places. The sheets were not clean.

Very clean, quiet, gave us two sets of keys and provided everything we needed! The only “bad” thing I could say is that the kettle is a little weird as it keeps boiling sometimes but that’s nothing.

I look forward to book your accommodation whenever I’m in Manchester or in UK 🇬🇧 as a whole.

Communication is terrible. Washing machine has worked its way into the middle of the floor. Reported 9am still awaiting maintenance at 3.30.
Settee is like sitting on the floor the cushions have worn out. The dining chairs are dangerous wobbly

The room is very well designed and has a great ambiance. Excellent and supportive customer service. The location is perfect as it is close to the city centre.

Great place and had a really nice comfortable stay

Grosvenor st, Cheltenham. Terrible stay. Ran out of electricity 3 times. It took 9 hours and 7 phone calls to get it reinstated the first time. Only one app installed on the smart tv (channel 4). Pot luck if you got a friendly sounding operator. Never received a call back as promised. The standard of the renovation to the appartment was abysmal with water damage to the dining area. Furniture was cheap and uncomfortable, and the upstairs neighbours were extremely noisy and inconsiderate. The decked patio was a death trap in the wet and covered in algae and vines. Absolutely would NOT recommend this company. If I could rate it zero stars I would.

Lovely apartment in Birmingham. Had a few issues but they were resolved quickly by the team. Beats a hotel as I prefer to cook my own food instead of relying of take out .

I’ve stayed in properties managed by this company a few times. Always a good time.

Great little apartment, excellent location, rates were fantastic.

Couple of things to point out. Blinds could use some maintenance, and there were zero kitchen towels or wipes of any kind. Being able to wipe the kitchen counters is a must.

Had the best experience in Derby, lovely clean apartment and the staff were so helpful. Will definitely be returning!

Stayed in Hastings and had a lovely time. The host was very responsive.
