Taken my money for an order and now website has disappeared and I haven't received my order. Have reported them to the bank.

use by date
1 medicine sent had only 9 months use by date which I did not find acceptable, no joy from the company when I questioned this ,they seem to think you purchase medicine when you need it so the use by date should not be an issue, but would you buy an item that you need immediately for a medical condition by internet and wait for delivery when you can go to a local shop and have it straight away

I am sorry you could only give us a 3 star review.
I am puzzled by your comment 'no joy from the company' as we exchanged several emails with you discussing what would be considered an acceptable expiry date.
As you know we were unable to accept medicines for returns (see our terms and conditions)
You yourself commented in your last email that 'I imagine with four adults in the household the product will be used before January'.
Customers can of course contact us by email of telephone before placing orders to check on the expiry dates of items, I would suggest this may be an option if you use an online pharmacy in future.
Very reliable and quick service.
I have used this company twice and on both occasions the online ordering has been easy and the service very reliable with quick delivery. I have no hesitation in recommending Mypharmacist.

Excellent and fast service .
I was trying to get a hair colour for my daughter . Went on google and found my pharmacy . Was not sure as I do not order on the Internet . Anyway I ordered and received my goods within 3 days . I was very impressed . Will use again and recommend to friends.

fantastic experience!
Do not hesitate to use this company- the prices are great and so is the service. I was contacted quickly as an item I ordered was out of stock, I was offered a similar alternative or refund and everything arrived very well packaged and there was even a sample.
