Taken my money for an order and now website has disappeared and I haven't received my order. Have reported them to the bank.

this is a wonderful product and this pharmacist is fantastic to ship it to australia for me, i wear it everyday and people always ask what perfume are you wearing and where did you get it. If I was ever in the UK i would go and say hello..

Unacceptable experience
Ordered some travel sickness tablets, was pending for a week. Raised the query with my pharmacist and did not receive a response. Tablets were never received and then unbelievably asked me to review their service. Never seen anything like it. I strongly recommend avoiding, there are much more reliable online pharmacists available.

Well it's works and you save money if compared to FIN prices. About 3 days and you got it to your home door. UK -FIN. So fine by me I like it.

Good price, poor packaging.
I bought a 100 gm tube of Voltarol 12 hour pain-eze gel from "mypharmacist" as it was the best price I could get for it including the post & packaging. However this tube was packed in a box measuring 9" x 9" that was filled with plastic protective packaging which made it too big to go through my letterbox. As i was not in to receive it, I had to travel to the relevant sorting office, pay a car park fee and queue up to pick this product up. So given the petrol costs, car park fee and value of my time to do all this, if an alternative supplier comes up with a competitive price, I will use them instead.
Surely you can come up with a box that can contain enough protection to make it capable of standing the rigours of delivery by Royal Mail that will fit through a standard letterbox !!!

I ordered some cough syrup and it turned up promptly but my cough was gone so I didn't actually use the medicine, can't fault the service though so i'll give it 5 stars
