The whole experience was made special from the vet to the crem nation team ....
It was personal friendly professional .
The crem team treated my teddy like it was there own gave me great comfort,leaving my precious boy with them ,communication was brilliant keeping me informed of teddies returning home , and met by a team member giving me teds wishing me lots of comfort mow home........thank you all you made it a good experience and malcolm ..Patricia streeter.

The company handled the collection of my dog very sensitively . Malcom, the driver, was lovely and he and his colleague were incredibly kind and respectful. There was quite a long delay with them coming which wasn’t great but I was aware of significant traffic problems that day locally. They apologised and offered an additional keepsake as an apology. The communication was completely professional and compassionate regardless of who I spoke to and I would recommend them to anyone.

What a lovely experience at such a terrible sad time. They were so polite, kept me informed all along. Came and collected my darling boy after he was put to sleep in a comfy wicker basket .
He was returned to us on time, exactly as promised and handed over with reverence. Thank you all 🥺

Pick up went fantastic, no problems. But somehow the system managed to enter the wrong post code for return delivery and since they use royal mail, no delivery was even attempted and my poor dogs ashes were lost in the mail. The team then did everything they could to help access the package, and also cared enough to follow up. Great team, poor royal mail performance though.

I can’t thank the team enough for the kindness, compassion, and care they showed during such a difficult time for us. They treated our beloved pet with so much dignity and respect, and their warmth made saying goodbye just a little easier. Everything was handled professionally, with genuine empathy from start to finish. We are so grateful for the support we received and would highly recommend them to anyone having to say goodbye to a much-loved pet.

Fantastic company. In what is an extremely difficult time, they were absolutely brilliant. Thank you so much for the very personal touches that I truly appreciated.

After the traumatic loss of my beloved cat Floyd, I was devastated and unsure how I would cope with the days ahead. Within hours of his passing, he was collected with such care, compassion, and professionalism that it immediately gave me some comfort during an incredibly difficult time.

Just seven days later, Floyd was returned home to me in a beautiful vessel for his ashes. The entire process, from start to finish, was handled with such dignity, kindness, and respect. Every interaction reassured me that Floyd was being cared for as lovingly as I would have cared for him myself.

Losing a pet is heartbreaking, but the exceptional service I received made a truly painful experience a little easier to bear. I am deeply grateful for the compassion shown to both Floyd and me, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this service to anyone facing the loss of a beloved pet.

My pet farewell were wonderful and compassionate in collecting and cremating our beloved Golden retriever Moki. Aged 14, he passed suddenly at home on 30 May 2026. Despite being the weekend, we were reassured that he was taken on the same day. His ashes and keepsake will remind us of his good times with us.

We had some trouble with another provider and My Pet Farewell came to the rescue within hours, so if you are deliberating between providers, please choose this company!

Lucy who I spoke to first was a great point of contact very helpful and respectful . We were kept informed of what was happening and we had our buddy back after just a week .He was also given back in a nice box and there were some lovely touches like the card/certificate and packaging box.

We had an emergency situation and we needed assistance and My Pet Farewell were helpful and supportive every step of the way. All the staff were caring and compassionate, Particularly Lucy who was brilliant, Alessandro and Richard.

Malcolm was able to send someone to collect my dog on a Saturday in fairly short order which I greatly appreciate despite weekends being quite busy. Richard arrived and he was very sweet but also I loved the Moses basket to take my dog out of the building into the car. That is a nice though I would never have thought of.

Whole process was incredibly efficient. Both the guy who came out and the person on the phone were very respectful.

We found ourselves in need of a mobile vet to help put our aging doggy to sleep as he went downhill fast following a short illness. Mypetfarewell received lots of very positive recommendations on our local facebook page and so we gave them a call.

All of the people we dealt with were kind, considerate of our circumstances and provided updates throughout the evening, with the vet arriving some 3 hours after the call (just after midnight). We selected the cremation option and as he was a large dog, a separate vehicle was needed. This arrived before the vet (unbeknownst to us at the time), but we were grateful for this due to the lateness of the hour and the difficult last few hours he had. Whilst the price tag was high (which was essentially for an on-demand service), being able to provide our dog with a comfortable and peaceful end was worth every penny. Milo is back with us now following his cremation.

Helped us navigate a very difficult decision and time losing our beautiful dog, Charlie. Alessandro was the vet who assisted with Charlie’s passing and his kindness and compassion also helped us.
