Easy ordering process and quick delivery

It did not take too long to get to me this time. But my only complaint is, that the side of the Box my items came in was had a Big Tear on the outside of it. It was kind of open that you could see inside of it. Which more than likely, was damaged by the delivery company.

I sent 3 emails that I was sent the wrong items!! I am waiting for a return code or label due to your company's packing and shipping department . My order number is 269903. ORS Olive Oil built in protection no lye extra strength - green box . Instead I got a yellow box little girls soft curls relaxer . I should not have to pay a stocking fee for YOUR store error . I am expecting a response before a review . Very very very disappointing

I've had numerous orders just flat canceled on me after receiving a confirmation email that the order was accepted. They never told me what the problem was until I asked them about the issue. Then they told me first it was because the billing and shipping addresses were different which their website allowed me to set. Then they complained because I was using Amex. Finally, I made sure that I used Visa and made the addresses the same Then they canceled me again, and again they neve told me why.
VERY UNRELIABLE, and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their phone number must be a Google phone number because it doesnt even work all the time. It told me "this number is temporarily unavailable". How sketchy is that?

Very quick delivery and good pricing.

MyOTCStore sent me the wrong product that was not as advertised. I paid to return the items to them out of my own pocket, and I returned everything in full. My total order was $273.37, yet they refunded only $194.73. They are still withholding $78.64 with no valid explanation. They keep referencing their return policy but cannot justify where that missing amount comes from. I have had to chase them repeatedly just to get partial refunds. Their customer service responses are slow, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. They take your money, ship incorrect items, and then make you fight to get anything back. I have reported this to my credit card company. Do not trust them.

My order was short one item that I was charged for.

The only reason I took a STAR ⭐️ away is due to your exorbitant delivery fees. While I understand that shipping items isn’t free, I thought that $14+ for the shipment of 6, 13 ounce bottles of hair care products, which was shipped in ONE small box that weighed (approx) 2 lbs was excessive.

Yes, I also understand that free shipping is offered, but only if you spend more than the price of shipping!

In my humble opinion, $7 would have been a fair and reasonable fee.

Everything else was fabulous. From the item availability to the price to the quick delivery, which was only 2-3 days.

I shall return (G-d willing).

Missing items and no response after contacting customer service

Product arrived in a timely manner and the cost was less than my local stores.

I was given this website by a freelancer. He shared 7 similar sites with me, and 5 of them turned out to be fake.
I’m quite sure this one is the same — the pattern is too obvious.
All the “positive reviews” come from accounts that have only one review each, and most of them were written within a single month.
⚠️ Be careful! This looks like another scam website.
