Was very disappointed because I ordered 8 giraffe tiny dog jungle plush toys and only received 3 instead there were also 3 monkeys and 2 toucans which I didn't want or expect. We will keep them as returns are a problem just not happy with not getting what I requested.

My experience with ordering from Myotc store is nothing more than excellent I always purchase my essentials from them and will be ordering other items from them in the future I always receive my order quickly and they keep you updated on your deliveries which I like they never disappoint that’s why I will forever be ordering from them thank you for the good service that you provide I will tell others about your company and services as well.

I like that you carry such a wide array of products and when they are on sale you can't beat your prices.

They’re horrible! They run a sale, I place a $76 order for things I need soon and then, after 2 weeks, they suddenly send a refund!!! Beware-they’re scammers! Hopefully I’ll see the refund come through, since I don’t trust them AT ALL now!!!

I did not get my purchase because my address was incorrect. When I contacted the customer service by email with the correction, there was no response. I cannot get this product in Canada and even when my order was down the street at the post office, I had no way of getting it and it was sent back. I will call and email again to try and get it sent again.

I emailed and told them one bottle leaked and the other had a broke pump and sent pictures and no o e has gotten back to me

I placed an order on Mar 25th.
After 2 weeks, it still had not shipped. I contacted them.
They said, they are still processing it.
On April 21th, almost a MONTH later and the order still has not been processed!
i sent another inquiry to the seller and have not received any response. I have to presume they stole my money and have no intention of shipping my products.
