This app is excellent it offers a variety of exercises and so much more. Adding this app to your daily routine make workouts easier and hits every area of your body that you want to tone. This app is a no brainer, this is the app that trumps all others. Need New suggestions , need a different routine, do you need motivation? It’s all here and easily accessible and easy to perform.

I canceled my subscription months ago and they keep drafting my account and can't reach anyone to fix. I will be contacting my attorney. This is stealing and fraud

Growing in recovery
I am in recovery and recently had a hip replacement. To say the least…I am in horrible shape!! I have lost all my flexibility. Today was my first day starting this program and just after this one morning I can feel a difference. I am looking so forward to journey!!!

I love the meal plans and the tracking…
I love the meal plans and the tracking of my fast. The work outs are so easy. Love it. Only issue is to have to connect to another app to track my water intake which is not being done atm, cuz I don't have space or time to track another app.
