very good program, convenient format, interesting exercises. but very easy levels of exercises, insufficient load and it is not entirely clear how to change it, because where the bot prompts, it does not actually change

I am liking the app so far, however one small "dislike"...I wish there was a few more seconds between exercises so you can change position and have a quick understanding of what the exercise will be.

Great little app
I like this app because it's simple and the voice isn't annoying. Additionally I like the fact I could set it to where I'm at and it connects to the inbuilt health app on my phone.

The app is so easy to navigate
The app is so easy to navigate. The only thing that I feel can be adjusted is the time it takes to preview the following exercise. I feel it’s not enough time and I find myself replaying the preview or going through the exercise to see exactly how to perform the exercise.

I am very disappointed with the app
I am very disappointed with the app. It lacks dynamism and user-friendliness. There is no music to accompany the exercises, the synthetic voices are not engaging, and the exercises start too quickly, leaving little time to get into the correct position. This makes the experience less enjoyable and motivating.
