The AI voice isn't for everyone
Whereas this app isn't for me, the customer services department were great and refunded me my money. The main thing that put me off this app was the AI voice. It didn't sound authentic or 'nice' and certainly didn't motivate me to do the workouts. Perhaps there is room for improvement there.

Just got access and completed my first workout. App is easy to navigate and workouts are <10min which is perfect for my schedule. Easy access to additional workouts too for days I’ve got additional time (weekend). The list of meal options looks good too!

I never downloaded the app and yet it…
I never downloaded the app and yet it appeared on my search on my phone permissions but doesn't show in my app list. They have tried to charge me money today from my bank directly and I know I didn't give them the details. Massive fraudsters!!
Subsequent reply asking me to get in touch is rubbing salt into the wounds as I have dealt with their bot and requested someone contact me 18 times to no avail.
