Just returned from a fab holiday in China organised by reinself wei. He was a pleasure to deal with and and the tour travel guides cars and hotels were were all of a great standard. I would definitely use them again and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

Me and my mom went on an adventure to Asia last April with Odyssey tours. There was a long time already that we were willing to travel to the Asiatic continent, even though, we were not sure how save would it be for two women to travel there alone.
I started to search for travel agencies that could provide us a nice and safe experience there and gladly I crossed paths with Odyssey tours. Owen was our contact, very prompt to help and meet our wishes.
We traveled to Nepal, Bhutan and India with My Odyssey tours and every part of the experience was just greatfull. From the car drivers to the guides, everybody was excellent and we really enjoyed a lot every of the three countries we passed through.

I strongly recommend My Odyssey tours by their experience and by their accounted staff.

My husband and I have traveled all over the world, and we prefer private tours. We arranged a private tour of Thailand with My Odyssey Tours and would highly recommend them. We had a driver and guide from Bangkok all the way to Chiang Mai, then another driver and guide for Chiang Mai and beyond. The guides were the best we have encountered anywhere, knowledgeable about the history and current affairs of Thailand. The drivers were very good and would give is cold towels and cold water every time we returned to the vehicle.

We just completed an 18 day tour of Malaysia, Nepal and India. Debora Wei was our travel consultant and her service was impeccable. Throughout the planning of our trip we told her our interests and she made it possible to accommodate our requests. I would like to highlight that the service received in Malaysia by our chauffeur guide Mr. Badrul was excellent, as well as Buddish & Ashok in Nepal. Our tour guides in India and our driver throughout the country were very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend this company without any reservation.

We worked with Vincent and had a private tour of China with multiple cities, Beijing-Shanghai-Xian-Guilin-Yangtze River Cruise-Shanghai. All the arrangements were very well coordinated. We also had beautiful hotels.

We had a great time in India in March 2018 with Odyssey. From the airport pickup, to all of the sights and travels from city to city, all we had to do was show up in the mornings with a smile, and the rest of the day just unfolded naturally. We will use them again-thanks!

Everything was arranged by Don Li almost perfect with an exception of few miscommunications or misunderstanding with my flight to Laos from Phnom Penh and a confusion with the itinerary in Luang Prabang. I was told by my guide to buy my own lunch. I wasn't escorted to witness the Alm giving early morning so I ended up doing it on my own and visited the nearby temples so as not to waste my time thinking that I will not be escorted. Little did I know that we ended up visiting the same temple in the afternoon without my knowledge ,otherwise,things ended well. I was wronged and compensated with a free dinner and a dance show. I couldn't have asked for more!The van that I used is old and smelled of dust! So i asked the driver to keep the windows open at all times.In Bangkok, I had a wonderful guide and a driver and enjoyed all the places except Jim Thompsons .Vietnam from North to South was an excellent itinerary. The trek was kind of a miss because it was raining and foggy and never had a chance to see nor a glimpse of the Fanxiphan Mt. but was a great experience meeting these Ethnic groups. Bhutan is always dear to my heart. What a way to live if only the roads are a lot better. Maybe 10 years from now, the countries ' means of transportation is 101% better!. Cambodia gave me clarity of what really happened during those dark and gloomy years of the 60's and 70's after visiting the places where it really happened! The other tourist attractions that put the country in the map is a must see!Again, I thank Don Li for arranging this very organized itinerary that didn't exhaust me but gave me enough time to appreciate what is there all about.

This is an EXCELLENT tour company!

Everything went very smoothly.The guides were personable and knowledgeable. We had a problem with room location but this was immediately remidid. No problem fully recommending this company

From beginning to end, this was the best organized trip taken. The email response from Mason was always quick and efficient with a "Happy to Help" attitude. From the moment we landed in Cairo to the last drop off at the gate to leave, our guides, drivers, and representatives were fantastic. They were always waiting for us on arrival and never late for daily activities. Transportation throughout was great and guides were very knowledgeable and interesting. Overall, it was a fantastic vacation. I recommend them 150%!

Hired Odyssey for tours of various ports on a cruise. One guide was terrible . Didn't walk with us, didn't enter buildings, skipped a boat tour without telling us and got us back to the ship hours before necessary. Odyssey was very good at following up, acknowledging the issue, and following up with us on subsequent tours to ensure that we liked the guides.
Due to overcrowding at Ho Chi Minh City port the ship was unable to dock and we couldn't take the prepaid tour. Although they didn't have to, Odyssey returned a significant portion of the fee.
Our rep, Haley Jiang, was terrific at setting up the various tours to our very specific , not off the shelf, needs and staying closely in touch.
Four years ago we toured China with Odyssey and were very pleased with all the tours and guides.

I was really impressed with My Odyssey Tours. We spent 8 days in Vietnam including our travel days. Our travel consultant (Daniel Liang) was really easy to work with. He was really quick with responses back to questions and extremely patient as we built our Itinerary.. The trip itself went smoothly. It was super easy to connect with our guides at the airports (we had 3). The guides and drivers were amazing. Great personalities! We had a private tour so it was easy to be flexible when needed. The hotels were all really nice, clean and comfortable. Each was also conveniently located near markets and entertainment.
I would definitely recommend this tour company as everything went smoothly and we had a great time.

We had a trip of a lifetime thanks to Odyssey Tours. Vincent was helpful in putting our itinerary together. The places we stayed at were wonderful as well as the places we toured. Our guides were amazing! (Nick in Beijing; Cathy in Xi'an; Dana in Chengdu).

My son and I returned from a 12 day tour of Nepal/Bhutan on 29th March after a fabulous time. Odyssey organised the whole tour right from planning to guides, drivers, hotels to perfection. Lynn my Odyssey consultant guided me right from the start, at my pace making changes as required and no hassle of signing up the tour until I was ready. During the tour she was in touch several times to ensure the tour was going well. Her professionalism is credit to Odyssey and she deserves 5 star rating.
All Odyssey staff in Nepal and Bhutan were excellent. However I must single out Odyssey guide Sonum Wangchuck in Bhutan for a special mention. Our schedule in Bhutan was physically demanding but he went that extra mile to accomodate a young man and an old man to achieve what we had set out to do. He rates 5 stars.
I must also mention Odyssey staff in Pokhara. On 28/3 we had checked out and were waiting in the hotel reception to be collected at 15:00 for flight to Kathmandu at 16:00. At 14:00 Odyssey rep Bharat turned up to inform us that there were flight problems from Kathmandu due to weather and they had been monitoring the situation all morning and that the first flight from Kathmandu had just landed. He said Odyssey rep would collect us in 10 mins and try and get us on the earliest available flight. True to his word, rep got us onto a delayed 13:30 flight which left at 16:00. This is customer service at its best. Keep it up Odyssey.

We have just returned from completing a tour of China. Right from the initial preparation of the itinerary with Haley we cannot speak highly enough of the company and its personnel. Arriving in Beijing we were warmly greeted by Moko Ma whose knowledge and sharing of information set the tone for our very enjoyable tour of China. He even flexed the itinerary to take advantage of weather conditions. Great job Moko! In Xian our guide was Donna Wu. She guided us through her local area and in particular the very interesting site of the terracotta warriors. In Chongqing we had a brief journey from the airport to the river and were looked after very well by Cherry. Our next destination was Yichang where we were looked after by the lovely Amber Tan. We wish we could have enjoyed a longer time with Amber as she had so much that she wanted to share with us. In Shanghai we were guided by the very competent and knowledgeable Jeff Zhu who opened our eyes and ears to the wonders of this city. All drivers were very competent and safe when transporting us in very busy traffic conditions.
We need to make special mention of the Yangtze Gold 1 staff and in particular the manager/purser Shirley who made our cruise problem free; particularly with the language as we were the only two non-Asians on the cruise.

Vincent from Odyssey China was great to work with. He was prompt and developed a wonderful itinerary for us. The guides he organized were excellent, met us at the airport and looked after us from start to finish, handing off us to the next colleague in the next city. Edward in Beijing and Aria in Xian had great knowledge, stories and sense of humour. We really loved exploring China with them, and had an excellent time that was seamless and no problems. Very easy and extremely interesting and fun. Highly recommend the group to arrange your trip.
