Excellent communication and we were kept up to date with estimated time of delivery. Fom unboxing and fitting the mattress and taking our old one away it was all done in 10 mins Well worth the reasonable cost .Perfect service.
However we did not see the instruction leaflet until this morning..it was placed on a set of drawers at the end of the room. It would have beneficial if it had been placed on the bed or communicated with us . Otherwise I would highly recomend MyNExtMatress

Ordered a king-size mattress and a double turned up and totally the wrong make as well, they couldn't get a new one delivered in a timely manner so ended up with sending it back which was also a hassle.
I would never use this company again so we ended up buying one from somewhere else, j

Great company to deal with, kept up to date regarding delivery and when my free pillows didn’t arrive with the mattress my email was promptly replied to. My pillows arrived via post within a couple of days. Our mattress is really comfortable and a great price too. The delivery guys gave me an hours notice regarding delivery and put the mattress on the bed and took the old one away. 10/10 Thanks

The mattress was left outside, even though I said not to!
This was an extremely heavy king size mattress recommended to be handled by Two men! Luckily, I caught the delivery man going in his van & I politely asked if he could just take it inside the house for me, which he did. If he didn't help me then I would had to wait days for someone to help me take the mattress inside as I couldn't even move it by myself!

The quality of the mattress is amazing for the price I paid, It was easy to pick a day for delivery, all went smooth, & Ive had an amazing sleep since I got into bed with my new mattress. Only had it a few days but the difference in my back aches is already noticable.
