I haven’t as yet opened the box of my new mattress but just want to say that the delivery service was excellent. I was kept informed as to exactly when the mattress was to arrive and I was rung 10 mins before arrival which I found very helpful.

Accepted my order on 29.08 with a confirmed delivery date of 04.09. I was then informed on 03.09 the mattress was out of stock and wouldn't be available for 2-3 weeks. Why allow me to place an order and confirm a delivery date. Very disappointed at this and the late notice that it is out of stock

Very good price and at present very comfortable have turned the bed as advised and hope that it will continue to be comfortable. The original delivery was not met and had to wait a further 2 weeks however the next delivery date was met and completed well

Firstly, My Favourite Mattress is a fantastic company. A huge variety of mattresses at amazing prices. And for some, like mine, exceptionally quick delivery. Just 3 days.
Secondly, I’ve been sleeping on my new mattress, the Sleep Soul Space double for a week now, and wow! I have hypermobility and chronic pain and this mattress has been a game changer. I’m entering REM sleep which I haven’t done for years, and I wake up feeling good. For me. The hybrid mattress is the way to go if you have back pain. The firmness of the main section with the softer fixed topper is exactly what my body needed. I can see why this mattress has won so many awards. And at such an incredible price. I couldn’t find a price match anywhere. The delivery was great. I was kept completely informed about the mattresses arrival. The delivery driver was so lovely too. I’ve been telling everyone to check out MyFavouriteMattress.

What I liked about MyNextMattress is how easy it was to navigate their website and choose my delivery day. I was able to track my delivery and the driver was polite and brought the exceedingly heavy mattress into the living room for me. An easy transaction from start to finish.

From start to finish, I could not have expected a better service from MyNextMattress. Ordering was easy with selection of delivery date. Communication was excellent. A few days before delivery I recieved confirmation of delivery date and a 2 hour window (7-9a.m.). On the day I received a text message when the delivery team were 35 mins out and they arrived 5 mins early. On arrival the team were very polite and considerate, and did all that I expected. Highly recommended

Really rubbish returns process. Costs lots of money to send back and you can only exchange if it isn’t right rather than refund. Seems ridiculous that you can’t unroll it to test it, had to fight for the refund minus the large return fee.

Ordered for next day - didnt turn up.
Then was told would arrive Tuesday - - checked status said it was still in the warehouse.
Called up the company and they said we will get next day for Wednesday, then 4am Wednesday get a text saying it will be Thursday.... if your in a rush for a mattress - cant reccomend.

The shire bed company mattresses we purchased from MyNextMattress are absolutely fantastic and so comfortable, we just don’t want to get out of bed on a morning now. We bought 2 x singles to replace our ancient super kingsize mattress which felt like you were sleeping on a pile of bricks, but now the 2 new medium singles with the super kingsize topper on its just like sleeping on a cloud in the sky. Wonderful!

Brilliant company.
Excellent customer service. Good vale for money. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size mattress. They replaced the mattress with the correct size with no quibbles despite the error being mine and the mattress having been unpacked. Delivery times were really quick. I liked that I could phone and ask questions to a real human being who knew what he was talking about. I definitely recommend and will use again
