Ok so I have used a lot of different bed companies over the years and so far this one has been my favourite, with only one minor downside which I will get into later. Firstly I really wanted a pink bed..and I noticed they had Shire bed bases which come in Pink if you pick the Artisan one...problem was the Artisan was to low down for me, so I asked if they could get the Essentials base in the pink and sure enough they managed to! I am delighted with my Shire base, it came with a small cosmetic issue but nothing major and the colour is beautiful! The guy who I spoke to on the phone was very kind and friendly. When delivery day arrived the drivers at AIT where also friendly and helpful. My mattress is the simba hybrid pro and its not been long enough for me to know if I like it yet. So now to my one downside..when I phoned sometimes a women would answer who would abruptly tell me to email instead of phoning, now this in its self isn't to bad but its how rudely she told me, without even letting me finish my sentence sometimes! I suffer with anxiety so maybe its just me but a bed is a important purchase for most people and it's not very reassuring when a sales person is abrupt with you. Anyway this hasn't put me off from ordering from MyNextMattress and I will be purchasing another bed from them soon for a different room.

After choosing my desired mattress, I found it available on MyNextMattress at a very competitive price.

The proposed delivery date was several weeks away, even though the mattress was shown as in stock. I contacted their support team via online chat, and they explained that their delivery estimates are usually conservative. However, they couldn’t see why this particular item was showing such a long wait. They updated the delivery date there and then.

I placed my order shortly after completing the chat and was pleasantly surprised to see next-day delivery available. I opted for delivery a couple of days later instead.

The delivery was spot on—fully trackable, with a courtesy call beforehand.

Having previously had a terrible experience with another mattress company, I was very relieved by the service from MyNextMattress. I would happily recommend them to friends and family.

Happy with the mattress but despite booking a delivery time on the website which was confirmed, the delivery was a week later, I assume this was changed by the courier.

The best price when we looked for our Simba mattress. Plus free pillows, albeit basic ones, still free. Delivered on days of our choice with option to pay more for specific delivery time or weekend. Called before arrival, lots of text alerts too. Thank you.

The original delivery was scheduled for Saturday 7th of March, however the courier arrived with only two pillows and a cover, the mattress itself was missing, which was quite surprising for a king-size item.
What made the situation more frustrating was the lack of communication. I was told multiple times that someone would come back to me within 48 hours, but this never happened. Each time, I had to chase updates myself by phone or via chat support, rather than being contacted proactively.
Even now, it has been a week since I have been waiting for a further response, and once again no one has come back to me, which is unfortunately consistent with the communication throughout this experience.
Because of this, I was left without clear information for several days and had to rearrange my schedule and remain at home waiting for updates, instead of being able to go into the office as planned. My old mattress collection had already been arranged, so this also created unnecessary stress about potentially being left without a bed.
The mattress has now been delivered, which I appreciate, but the overall experience was far from smooth and the communication throughout was not at the level I would have expected.
I hope the company can take this feedback on board and improve both delivery coordination and customer communication going forward.

This is the second mattress I’ve had. They were both Sealy mattresses We have found this mattress very comfortable, but after two weeks, we can already see the impression in the mattress. I am giving it time The company Is very good to deal with kept me informed and delivered on the day. Thank you M Knight

The delivery was very smooth, although we did not get the promised telephone call 30 minutes in advance of the van arriving.
Have turned the bed once since delivery almost two weeks ago. The bed is firmer than expected, so hoping that 4 to 6 weeks use will help to soften it so that we don’t have to use a mattress topper on our new mattress.

Superb service and superb Hypnos mattress ... this is our 3rd from there and cannot fault any part of their service or products. Andy and his team are very on the ball and knowledgeable and give an impeccable service all round. So much so that all my friends buy from there now too!
