Wonderful company to buy from
Wonderful company to buy from!
Had a slight delay in my parcel arriving, however, was compensated for this.
As I brought the steering lock for my partners birthday, to make sure he wasn’t going to miss out while waiting for my parcel, the guy even made me up a little goodie bag so my partner had something to open on his birthday!
Communication was spot on the whole way through, always letting me know of any update.
Lovely person to deal with, always helpful and kind.
I would 100% recommend!! ♥️

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service with extremely prompt responses to my messages. My previous lock stopped working but MyLoque were able to offer me a discount for a new one as it was past the warranty. I am very happy with my new one and even bought my husband one too!

It’s good but it’s not quite carling
The product looks absolutely great and don’t get me wrong it is a cool steering lock, but the main purpose of a steering lock is to secure a vehicle and I just don’t see such a cheaply manufactured product holding up to an actual theft attempt also it seems to have stiffened up and lost all movement after 3 weeks of ownership

Hello Kieran,
The title of your review reflects the seriousness of your enquiry.
All our products come with a standard 6 months warranty + further product support. As you can see from our reviews, we have an outstanding customer service team which deals with issues that you have presented.
If you really did experience these issues after 3 weeks of ownership, you would have contacted.
We have contacted you 3 times and have had no response.
Thank you for leaving a damaging review and good luck in the future!

Awesome people to deal with
Awesome people to deal with. Initial package to me from them was misplaced by the courier. They quickly arranged for a new lock to be delivered to me within a day or so which is super awesome but most importantly I like how well they communicated with me through it all. Love my Loque which is a bonus as well.
