Terrible company
Terrible company, waited over an hour for our car when it should have been meet and greet. We have a tracker and the car did not move until 55 mins after we called to say where is the car. Only took 10 mins to actually get to us since it moved but they lied and said there was traffic. The guy on the phone was very rude and not apologetic at all, instead he said I don’t care what you do. We have young children and wanted to get home after a 13 hour flight. Stay away from this company

Still lost our keys from October last year - I think they hope we’ll forget but we won’t. They are a dodgy outfit, also trading under Heathrow meet and greet. Report them to the advertising standards agency for impersonating Heathrow, and also trading standards. We also have a CCJ against them after they used AI to reply and basically admitted liability (stupid) so we will continue to pursue them as these people are dirty criminals.

DO NOT USE! Over 40 mins wait to pick up the car from the airport, despite saying on several occasions they were only "10 minutes away". Lied about delay getting to the drop off point. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I could give a zero mark, I would. Arrived at Heathrow T4 for a meet-and-greet parking service. Was told on complaint (no-one turned up) that the comparison booking agent (Compare Cheap Airport Parking, CCAP) had cancelled the booking without reasons. Paid around £120 online, then shaken down for another £250 by Rose Parking Ltd on-the-spot to fulfil the deal, plus £15.00 extra charges to get out of drop-off and into Short-stay car park – yccch! Apparently, scams of this nature abound these days. Operator who received the keys wouldn't allow picture to be taken, and no time or facility for card payment, had to pay cash. Due to stress of imminent check-in, had to accept appallingly bad deal. Likelihood of getting money back probably near zero.

If I could give 0 i absolutely would!!! Booking under Heathrow meet and greet it was my first mistake not searching the contact number before I gave them my money! Should have spoke volumes every other company on level 4 have a desk but not them…. Rude drivers and then nearly 2 weeks after I’ve received a ticket for my car going into the drop off point because the driver told me the car park was full and he couldn’t get in. The driver pretty much ran when I got to the car so I could not confront him about the smell of cigarettes in my car!!! I’ve messaged after I have received a parking ticket for drop off point and the reply was…your car your problem… we will see about that!
Absolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service. Would not use again, would not recommend.
When dropping off the car they look unprofessional, do not provide any assurance that the car will be safe or looked after and took 20minutes to arrive. On the way back, we called after collecting baggage, as instructed only to find that the car will take 45-50 minutes to be returned - this is NOT meet and greet. We could have been home in that time. Ruins the holiday as caused stress and a total waste of time late at night.

Nearly missed our plane leaving because they denied that I had booked the time slot. Left us waiting hours for car collection & still didn’t come - told us to leave the key in the wheel.
Again when collecting our car they denied that I had called to book the correct time slot and told us 45 min wait.
I called after the 45 mins and they said I hadn’t called them despite the call being on my call history on my phone. Waited and waited, they clearly don’t have enough staff to manage the workload.
All the surrounding meet and greet airport staff were quick to tell us how bad the company is also.
I have never known such rude, arrogant staff. A long wait for your car at meet & greet is not fun when you have a 6 hour drive home 😞

If I could give zero stars I would! Awful service!!! It took well over an hour for our car to be bright back to us. There was no explanation other than this is normal for meet and greet. It absolutely isn’t! The staff were extremely rude and dismissive! Do not use this company!

Absolutely horrendous service: so rude and lazy on the phone. Instructions are to call after collecting bags which we correctly followed and then we were made to wait for over 45mins for the car and were also lied to on the phone about the time we called.

Avoid at all costs , they have damaged my car the front end is completely trashed - they were supposed to meet us at Heathrow then after 60 minutes we rang again to be told the car had been damaged in their compound and there was no number plate and they couldn’t drive it , had to get a taxi to the holiday inn (£30) paid out of my own pocket to find the car left on the road by the holiday inn completely damaged front end no number plate and worse of all the key was left on the drivers front wheel , company claims no responsibility for the damage as they claim it was done on the road yet when they said it was damaged they said it was in their compound and they didn’t know how , the owner of the holiday inn car park advised he saw the car put there 2 days ago and was damaged when he saw it , I have reported to the police and will be reporting to trading standards- they clearly are using drivers that do not know how to drive or are insured AVOID AVOID AVOID just an update my Mercedes app alerted me to a collision on the 14th Feb at 0547 and damage to the left near side - why was car being driven 3 days before my arrival and at that time of the morning!!

I wish I’d read these reviews before booking. Said it was a ‘special offer’ and seemed to be a bit cheaper than the others. It was given 4.8 out of 5 on CompareMyParking. I’m not sure how they managed that!
They don’t have a desk at the Meet and Greet so you have to wait for the so-called chauffeur to arrive. Very stressful when you’re dropping off - we had to wait just 10 minutes but were told by other workers there that that was good! On our return we phoned, having said we’d be back at 11.00am. We were on time, the car was not. It appeared 45 mins later.
On top of the rental, you have to pay for the car park. We were lucky - it was only £8 each for drop off and pick up - but adding that to the cost, we could have gone with a more reputable firm!
DO NOT USE ROSE PARKING (called Park Point when we booked, and recommended by Compare Your Parking).

We booked parking with Rose Parking before reading the reviews. I panicked! Tbf the collection was prompt and we had no problem. On return we were told that our car would be delivered in 45 minutes from the time of my call. In the end we waited over an hour - hardly meet and greet. Will not use again.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Rose parking returned my car 4 hours late and also with a severely damaged tyre that left my car unroadworthy. They refused to give me a genuine explanation, didn’t offer to pay for any recovery or the cost of the work and new tyre and not to mention, no apology. Every single person I dealt with at this company was evasive and they continually lied. After seeking advice from the CAB, I sent a letter to them with my claim by recorded delivery but the post office advised they refused to accept delivery at their registered company address. DO NOT BOOK - THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD

AVOID. COWBOYS RUNNING ON GREED AND IGNORANCE. Returned from Australia 24 hours travelling. Rang for the cars return to be told 45 minutes...was fine with that, but 1 hour 20 minutes later they rocked up. Car was filthy and driver got out, said nothing other than 'pay that to get out' and handed me the parking ticket for heathrow. A week later I got a £90 fine through for the Ulez clean air zone that their driver went through. Owner keeper responsibility sadly not the drivers. Rang them and told me it's over to me, and it states so in their email. This was NOT in the email. SHOCKING SCAMMERS. Trading standards complaint is in.

Meet and Greet No response
I booked the meet and greet car parking at Heathrow last year for November 2025, unfortunately I had to cancel this due to my friends cancer diagnosis. I contacted Rose parking with proof from my friends consultant and they advised I could have a refund less £15 admin fee or have a credit on my account which could be used up to 48 months after the event.
We have rebooted a holiday for April this year,I contacted Rose parking and they required my booking ref and car registration which I provided since the I have heard nothing back fro them. I have sent many emails to them with NO RESPONSE!!
They are clearly NOT to be trusted and from other reviews I have seen I doubt very much I will get a response?? Does anyone have any advice on what I can do?

Car returned with damage without any customer service afterwards
My car was returned with damage, which was neither disclosed at drop off by the driver and he couldn't have gotten out of there faster. In my attempt to contact the company via the customer service line, they repeatedly tell you other ways to contact them to which they never actually reply. Each time you call they'll give another excuse such as this being the number for drivers (even though it is also the central customer service number and WhatsApp number), and you don't get anywhere.
I have proof from Heathrow CCTV images that the damage was done by this company, but even so they simply refuse to talk to you and you'll not get anywhere with repairs or liability claims.
BEWARE! Especially given how many reviews there appear to be of damage to cars in their care - they are obviously careless and you'll end up being stuck with the repair bill or having to proceed with your own insurance claim where the insurance company will mark funds as being unrecoverable.
