Terrible returns policy
Terrible returns policy - when they stuff up... with faulty of inaccurate goods. You have to pay $17 in return postage. The return postage is nearly half the cost of the item in question! They won't budge. Truly disappointing. Bad service, bordering on theft. Don't buy from these people.

My partner & I were beyond thrilled as our bedroom was desperately in need of an upgrade/refresh, however it was low on the priority list at the moment. The Gift Voucher provided allowed us to get a luxurious, soft & cosy King Doona, as well as 2 gorgeous covers for it- the Concierge Heavenly Quilt Cover which is currently on our bed is seriously next level soft.. I feel like I’m sleeping on a cloud with the matching pillowcases too, superior quality.
The stylish Vintage Washed Soft Microfibre Sheet Set has given our bed a whole new life. They fit perfectly on the bend, without having any awkward overhang or up sticking corners from the fitted sheet. They really stand true to the ‘wrinkle free’ claim as well, which is absolutely amazing.
Overall, we couldn’t be more impressed with each & every item we received via MyLinen. Everything arrived so promptly, well packaged & exactly as advertised.
We will definitely be shopping with you guys again in future & we have passed on recommendations to near everyone we have encountered since receiving our order.
