Too tight
I purchased two ‘light’ sized Rings during the kickstarter campaign. They arrived very late but were very high quality items. The design is very clever and I can see how they are completely different to a standard O ring. My 1-star is purely because the ring is too small / constrictive for me. I have a large girth and the light ring just completely cut off blood flow turning my penis dark purple after 20 seconds. PLEASE make an extra extra light version asap. I will buy it and I’m sure it will get 5-stars.

Dear John,
Thank you very much for your support during our Kickstarter campaign and for taking the time to share your experience.
We’re truly sorry to hear that the fit of the ring was not suitable for you and that it caused discomfort. We understand how important proper sizing is, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention in such a detailed and constructive way.
At MYHIXEL, we strive to provide high-quality products that help our users, and we take all feedback seriously, both positive and constructive. While we’ve designed our rings to accommodate a wide range of sizes based on market research and averages, we also understand that individual needs can vary significantly.
Please know that your experience and suggestions have been noted. We truly value feedback like yours, as it helps us better understand our users’ needs and informs our efforts to improve. Our goal is to continue enhancing our products to ensure a better experience for everyone.
We also want to highlight that we’ve aimed to be as transparent and informative as possible throughout our Kickstarter campaign and on our website, where all product specifications and sizing guidance were made available. Our intention is always to help users make informed decisions and feel satisfied with their experience.
If you’d like to discuss this further, feel free to reach out to our customer service team. We’d be happy to help.
Thank you again for your time and valuable input.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
The rings are actually too big. I am above average girth and still they were not tight enough to make a difference, and certainly overpriced. Unless you have a girth of 6.5+ inches it will not help. The average girth apparently is 4.9 inches. Be warned.

Dear Moustache Seven,
We're truly sorry to hear that you didn’t have a positive experience with our product, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. At MYHIXEL, we strive to provide high-quality products that help our users, and we take all reviews seriously, both positive and constructive.
It's worth mentioning that we've sold nearly 12,000 units of our MYHIXEL rings since its launch in January 2025, and, in fact, we have received excellent feedback from the vast majority of our customers. Less than 0.2% of users have reported issues with sizing, which leads us to believe that, in most cases, the rings fit as intended.
Our rings are designed to accommodate a wide range of sizes, and we offer different options to help users select the best fit. We understand that everyone’s experience can vary, and that’s why we’re always ready to work with our customers to find the best solution.
Regarding the sizing concerns, we want to point out that our sizes are based on market research and averages, and we are committed to continuously improving to ensure all of our users are satisfied.
If you’d like to discuss your experience further or need assistance with a possible exchange, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. We’re here to help.
Thank you for your time and feedback.

They sold me an already used license without a proper resolution. Waste of time and money!
I am very disappointed that the MYHIXEL Control program activation issue remains unresolved after a significant time - almost 10 days. The sequence of events suggests a concerning pattern. After I reported the missing activation card and then purchased the CONTROL program separately, the provided activation details were faulty, indicating the QR code was already in use.
Instead of addressing a potential license issue, the focus shifted to a supposed software bug. Despite my providing detailed device information and screenshots, the problem continues. The uncertain resolution timeframe for this "simple bug" leads me to suspect a corrupted license is the actual cause.
I am concerned that the emphasis on a software bug might be masking a faulty license and that my support ticket could be closed without resolution, leaving the product unusable. It is unacceptable that I still cannot use the program after almost 10 days.
Therefore, I insist on a more transparent approach. As requested, please provide an alternative license to quickly verify if the issue is with the current license data. I urge you to investigate and provide a replacement license without further delay to resolve this matter. I look forward to your prompt and effective response.
They were only responsive for during the money collection and near dead otherwise. Be careful.
----------------------------------
[Update]
They followed up after this post and offered a new license data. I believe this post was the only reason to respond and act on my initial suggestion after 10 days. They refused to offer a proper compensation for the delay and inconvenience.
Overall it is a bad experience.

Odpowiedź od MYHIXEL
Dear Customer,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We would like to clarify that the issue you experienced with the MYHIXEL PLAY app was not related to a reused or faulty license. Our software and activation system are fully developed and managed in-house, and every QR code is uniquely generated for each customer — there is no risk of receiving a code that has already been used.
The activation difficulty you encountered was due to a technical inconsistency affecting new account validations, specifically in the generation of permissions and email confirmations. This situation began affecting activations on April 29th and was addressed on May 8th. Once resolved, we sent you updated access credentials, which you received on May 8th at 19:14.
We understand that when it comes to digital platforms, certain technical issues can occasionally arise. However, at MYHIXEL we offer ongoing support to anticipate and, whenever possible, prevent these incidents — and to correct them promptly when they do occur. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Please rest assured that at MYHIXEL, we are committed to providing support and assistance to every user. We always respond to each case with care and aim to find the most effective solution, even if the cause may not be immediately visible from the user's side.
We remain at your disposal for anything you may need.
Best regards
