Totalmente decepcionado.
Edit: 11 de febrero. He recibido indicaciones y respuestas por email. No funciona.

Won't help if you have a serious ED problem
If you have a serious ED problem, the rings will not help. The rings have a very large diameter and don't constrict the penis tight enough to prevent blood from flowing out of the penis. The three sizes are all the same size just different tensions. Even the instructions say get on erection first, then put on the ring. So if you are having trouble getting an erection, this product won't work. I think it was deceptive to say this product will help with ED. It can only enhance performance for those who do not have ED. Finally, they will not refund your money

Dear John,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We truly appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us clarify how our products are intended to be used.
We are sorry to hear that the MYHIXEL Ring did not meet your expectations. Our mission is to develop solutions that improve male intimate health, aiming to address as many needs as possible while supporting overall sexual wellness. We are aware that it is impossible to meet the needs of 100% of people, but we are continuously working to help more and more individuals.
We would like to clarify that the MYHIXEL Ring is not designed to generate an erection on its own. As clearly stated in our product information, it is intended to help enhance and maintain firmness for users with erectile difficulties. We have designed the MYHIXEL Ring with three different intensity levels to accommodate a wide range of penis circumferences and varying levels of support needs.
All of this information is explained in detail on our website and across our official channels, so customers can make an informed decision before purchasing.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, and in line with common industry standards, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items. For this reason, we always encourage customers to review product details carefully prior to purchase.
We also encourage anyone with questions or doubts to contact our Customer Support team at customerservice@myhixel.com
Our team is happy not only to answer questions to support an informed purchase, but also to provide guidance and follow-up to help our customers get the most out of our products and programs.
Thank you again for sharing your perspective.
Kind regards,
MYHIXEL Team

Hi Diego,
Your words perfectly describe the seamless experience we aim to deliver.
It is rewarding to hear that you found that extra layer of security without it feeling intrusive or overwhelming. We designed our solutions to be a subtle ally that simply works, so knowing that the confidence boost was noticeable and enjoyable for both of you is exactly what we work for.
Thank you for letting us be part of that improvement and for sharing your thoughts.

Great experience
I ordered this just to try it out, not expecting it to be much different from other rings I’ve bought online. I was wrong. The anatomical shape actually makes sense, it fits perfectly without that painful pinching sensation you get with standard round rings. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do for performance, but you can actually wear it comfortably. The material feels premium too. Definitely a keeper.

Hi D. Mov,
Your feedback confirms exactly why we moved away from standard round designs.
It is fantastic to know that the anatomical shape made such a difference for you, eliminating that annoying pinching sensation while keeping the performance intact. Our goal was precisely that: to prove that you don't have to sacrifice comfort for results, so hearing that the material feels premium and the fit is perfect makes our day.
Thank you for taking a chance on us and for confirming it was worth it.

Baja calidad y apoyo insuficiente
