I was charged for a subscription I did not request. However, Diamond has been prompt with taking care of my refund. I can appreciate that.

SCAM. They refused to give my money back after stealing it. Check out the 1 star reviews they're very accurate. This company tricks you and makes you think you're buying from a completey different company (for me it was babylist). If you're seeing any 4 and 5 star reviews that's because they make you give them a good review or else they won't refundyou. They still haven't refunded me
the other $10 but I guess I've lost a lot less than a lot of other people. I've reported this company to the BBB and the attorney generals office so hopefully they Crack down on this scam.

Thought I was buying a cheap backpack instead I was subscribed to a site featuring clothing that is anything but a typical size range ie xs or xl. Plus prices were anything but not a ripoff. Lost $46 before I could cancel. Wonder if I will even get the backpack. It's a sca.
