I didn’t subscribe for this service and I called and they cancelled the subscription for me.

He resolved the issue and sent emails to confirm the charges on my account would be dropped

The team was very helpful with the cancellation of the membership. I’m sorry I had to cancel but going through some hard times right now and it’s just not a good time to start a membership. Thank you for all your help

No estoy satisfecha

I have never heard of this company before yesterday but somehow they have drained my bank account over $200. I chatted with customer service yesterday and was told after a very difficult conversation that I would be getting a refund. Today I received a refund of $31. After a cancellation charge of $6.95. I spoke with another rep today and was informed that I would not be receiving anything else back.

My debit card got charged for a membership I never accepted. (Not sure if my info was stolen or not) but after sending an email- I had a really fast response with a happy outcome.

En realidad yo entre a la página porque supuestamente en las redes sociales de facebook había un enlace que decía que regalaban cierto producto de la cual ustedes no venden , pero al momento de ir y pagan este producto me di cuenta que lo que yo pagué era una membresía con ustedes y no el producto publicado en la página entonces fue ahí donde quise dar de baja a esto porque me estafaron de un forma de la cual usaron su página para poder yo pagar algo que no era ... Pero con respecto a ustedes todo está bien más bien la persona que publicó esto es una ladrón que se hace pasar por algo más tengan cuidado porque está usandolos para generar conflictos con su página de ventas

Customer service is was very helpful. They reply in a matter of minutes.

It's taking forever to stop this prescription that I didn't even sign up for somebody else took my identity cuz I've never even heard of these people but I just need this to be over so I can I stop paying for something that I don't need to be paying for.

The experience was alright even though they couldn't tell me why someone would be advertising free Dell laptop.

I never subscribed to anything and I was told that the $46.44 was refunded which has not happened yet.

I NEVER did business with these crooks, and yet they somehow got my information and enrolled me without authorization into some program and continued to charge me who knows what. When contacted they assured me of my consent and were never able to provide said consent upon request -- because it NEVER happened. They then wanted to act like they were doing me a favor, by reversing the charges that were never authorizedall while assuring me they have a zero tolerance policy for fraud. RUN FAR FAR FAR AWAY!

They were great to work with! Very quick with my concerns!

Some how I got signed up by mistake. The cancelation process was easy and fast
