if i could give zero stars i would! never received a confirmation email. 6 weeks later i send a where is my order email- no response. so i cancel the order on my credit card and THEN the boxer place answers saying we cant send them because you cancelled the charge. horrific business. likely a scam. STAY AWAY!!!

Garment sized 2x sizes Larger than stated + arduous return process

The garment was at least 2 sizes larger than industry size women's Small so not even usable. the shipping price was not remotely justified for how long it took to arrive (10 days) and packacked minimally in a small zip bag and lowest level packaging. When I told myfaceboxer about the sizing issue and requested a return to swap for a proper size, I was asked to perform an insane array of recorded measurements of the garment to begin the return process. I would not trust this vendor again.

I believe this is a scam site

9 weeks post order still no delivery!

I ordered personalised boxers for my partner early December and paid extra for quick delivery. I got an email saying “ failed delivery” stating my address was incomplete/incorrect. I contacted them and they were requesting extra money to redeliver , which I refused to pay. It’s now 9 weeks on and at least 10 emails in, I keep being told they are waiting on the item being returned to them to resend. Most recent email saying they’ll redo the order and deliver. No offer to refund and many of the emails said the same thing, auto-generated. I don’t think I’ll ever get my order or see a refund! I’d definitely not recommend buying from this company!

2 Produkte gekauft, absolute Katastrophe

2 Produkte gekauft, beide Produkte Qualitativ minderwertig. Druck sehr schlecht. Mond auf dem Druck war nur ein gelber Fleck. Dann wurde der Text noch falsch geschrieben. Die Pokemon Karten sind nicht lesbar. Kein Umtausch möglich. Kundenservice unverschämt und in entgegengenommen. Unendlich aufpassen. Bestellung war keinen Cent Wert!

I don't recommend its store is…

I came here to see if this store is real and to see other reviews. I placed an order last month as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. Today is the 28th and it still hasn't been delivered. I'm very disappointed. I don't recommend it.

Update to The package was not delivered and lying about my address is incorrect.

Updates: The carrier definitely lost my package and claimed my address was wrong. MyFaceboxer team actively contacted me to resolve the issue, offered to send me another order. Unfortunately, this was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Resend me the order does not work for the time frame. Then they offered a refund option and refunded me quickly afterwards.

It may be just bad luck that the carrier lost my Christmas gift right before Christmas....Regarding the Myfaceboxer team, they did respond to the situation promptly and did offer reasonable solutions to the situation. Therefore, I upgrade the review from 1 to 3 stars.

The package was not delivered. After I contacted them, they told me my address was insufficient and wrong?! I replied to the email with an attached photo of the address used for this order, my driver's license address, and recent mail and packages I received. They are all showing the same address!! I tried to prove to them my address is correct, and even asked me to provide my address again, it will still be the same.
I ordered it as Christmas gift, and now because of this nonsense, I will not be able to receive it before Christmas anymore.

Guess what, their second email is exactly the same as their previous email! still claim my address is wrong or insufficient!!! And it claims that if I do not resolve it with the carrier in 7 days, it will be returned to them, and they will charge me extra for redeliver??!!! It is definitely a mistake between you and your carrier that my package with a perfect fine address could not be delivered, you should be take more responsible to resolve it with your carrier.

Treat u as stupid for their incompetence

The package took 3 weeks to arrive and also late. After I opened th package to my surprise the size was totally different from the one on the website. I ordered two pairs in which the guide to the size changes completely (M in the first was showed as 33inch waist and the XXL of the second same) after I accurately picked the sizes after the arrival the two sizes where completely different the one from the other. I tried to reply to the website that treated me like I was completely stupid and assessed that there wasn’t any problem and that I was the stupid one although the problem is the size chart indicated on the website. I will not have a refund but be careful you all they provide terrible terrible services.

Do not buy

Do not buy. Scammers. I bought what I thought was a 3D statue with my husband in it. I got back a piece of Perspex with a photo stuck to the back. The photo was of a random man!!! No email confirmation on order. No way to contact them and complain.

Terrible experience, hidden fees

Absolutely awful, never shop here tried to order a personalised CD they came back to me saying I surpassed the maximum time of 15 minutes and I chose 20 songs how on earth do they think they can fit 20 songs within 15 minutes. Customer service was even worse and they tried to charge me some stupid fee
