From start to finish, Nathan who was helping and advising me through the whole process was absolutely brilliant. He was patient and very understanding to my situation and was very open and honest with how things would be and how we would move forward. If I ever had any questions or doubts he never not answered my messages which again made things move smoother, as there was never any surprises and he definitely made what was already a pretty stressful time easier. Equally My Debt Manager as a whole have been very good and even after everything had been agreed they still made sure I understood what was going to happen and that I was clear on what to expect. I am very grateful to them for their time, patience and professionalism that has helped to get me on the right path again

From start to finish the experience was a good one. The staff are amazing, supportive and non judgemental. Big short out to Holly who was great at guiding me through a process I would not have been able to navigate myself. A change in my life’s circumstances left me unable to pay my debts and it really affected my mental health. I now have a new léase of life and would tell anyone to seek help from this company as soon as possible!

From the moment l saw my Debt manager from the Facebook advert. I decided to give it a try because l was getting overwhelmed with my debts and l did not know what to do.l am glad l made the right decision because from day 1 the staff were very helpful and supportive to the point they made me feel calm and that there was support. I guided me through everything was well explained including the other options which were there.
