Started using MCF recently. Spreads are good and execution is super fast. Probably only firm offering 1:100 leverage on all instruments. Customer support is great. Highly recommended to everyone, especially to crypto traders.

Support was helpful, got fast reactions from Max and Dennis. They help you out fast and explain why something works this way or takes a bit longer.

Overall experience with this prop firm has been amazing so far, some delays happened but they resolved it quite fast.

The MCF Team are one of my trusted crypto prop firms to trade with by far. I recently encountered an issue with my 200K Phase 2 account as it had been breached for max daily drawdown - this was however a system error. Max from the MCF team was quick to respond and resolve my problem under 24 hours. Most firms would make an excuse to disqualify you, but the MCF Team are honest with their work.

They are completely lying in their first review response. They ran a competition in their Discord where they promised to give away 3 accounts worth 50k each. To participate, traders were required to leave a review, and winners were to be selected randomly from those reviews. This is completely unprofessional behavior.

It’s also disappointing that Trustpilot hasn’t taken action against their profile despite this, which I find unacceptable. People often rely on reviews to assess the credibility of a firm. When companies manipulate reviews like this to gain false credibility, it undermines trust and is entirely unacceptable

reply (basically they gave me a reply in that they said they hosted fun giveaways and they were taking reviews from them also they said that reviewers have right to give positive or negative reviews but however they are trying there best to massive report it in order to get this deleted)

My Crypto Funding has honestly been the best firm I’ve worked with in the space. The dashboard is super clean and easy to use, payouts are smooth, and support replies fast whenever you need help. What really stands out is the way they actually understand crypto traders, you don’t feel like you’re trying to explain basic stuff like with other props. I want to share my full experience with MCF so that other traders don’t fall into the same trap I did.

1. Misleading Information from Support
Before purchasing, I contacted MCF support via chat. I asked very clearly:

• “Is your 2-step account balance-based or equity- based?”

They replied balance-based.
• I asked again: “Do you count floating PnL in drawdown?”
They clearly said NO.
• I even gave an example: If I have a $100K account and a floating loss of 10%, will my account be breached? Support said *NO, it won’t breach. Floating PnL can be anything.”

Based on this confirmation, I decided to buy their $5,000 account.

2. Contradictory Rules After Purchase
After I logged into the dashboard, I found in their Hard Breach Rules, Rule #2:

“Overall max drawdown reached – 10% equity.”
This clearly means floating PnL is counted.

When I contacted support again, they admitted: “Yes, floating PnL will count. Our earlier response was a mistake.”

This is complete misleading marketing – telling one thing before purchase and showing opposite rules after payment.

3. Refund Request Denied
I immediately requested a refund since I never even traded the account. But they flatly refused and said refunds are not possible. Their refund policy is designed in a way to trap customers.

4. Dispute & Escalation
Since I paid via card, I filed a dispute with my bank and also complained to their payment gateway (Tazapay) with full chat proofs. I also emailed MCF directly, but they ignored me.

5. Trustpilot Review & Threatening Emails
When I saw they were not responding, I wrote an honest review on Trustpilot about my experience. After this, instead of addressing my complaint, they started sending me threatening emails demanding that I remove my review or they would take legal action against me.

Imagine – first they mislead customers, then they refuse refunds, and finally they threaten the customer for exposing the truth.

6. Proof Saved & Final Refund
Luckily, I had saved all screenshots of chats and emails. I forwarded their threats to Trustpilot as proof. Because of this, my review stayed online, and after continuous pressure and proof, I finally got my refund.

But I keep thinking – what about people who don’t have proof? They will simply lose their hard-earned money.

7. My Honest Warning

• Their refund policy is unfair – it allows them to mislead customers before purchase and then deny refunds.

• Their marketing is misleading – they say one thing in chat and apply opposite rules later.
• Their response to complaints is threats, not solutions.

• They use YouTubers to promote them with false claims. These influencers are paid and have no real trading experience.

👉 My advice: Don’t waste your money on MCF. Don’t fall for paid YouTube promotions. Read their refund policy carefully – it’s designed to trap you.

This was not just a financial loss but also caused me huge mental stress. Please be careful – this company plays with traders’ money and mental peace.

I have seen MCF’s response to my review. I want to clarify a few points:

1. Misleading Information:
Before purchase, I asked their support with a very clear example (100K account, 10% floating loss). Their agent confirmed multiple times that floating PnL would NOT count in drawdown. I have saved screenshots of this chat. After purchase, the rules showed the opposite. This is not a “lack of knowledge of terminology” — this is misleading information provided by their own team.

2. Refund Policy:
MCF keeps repeating “refund policy” but refund policy cannot be an excuse if the purchase itself was made on false information. I requested refund immediately without trading the account, but it was denied.

3. Threatening Emails:
After my review, instead of resolving the issue, I received multiple emails from them threatening legal action if I don’t remove my review. I have forwarded these emails to Trustpilot as proof.

4. Final Note:
My review is based fully on my experience, supported by chat and email records. I am not blackmailing or defaming — I am simply warning other traders with evidence. If needed, I am willing to share the proof with any independent authority.

I recently traded the MCF 25K 2-step challenge from May 18 to June 25. For a whole month, I pushed hard to pass the account but unfortunately ended up breaching it.
